Ordered the Aroma Power Breakfast. The portion size was good and the price offered is also decent. It’s fast paced so I can’t say anything about the customer service but yeah the food arrived quickly so no complaints at all.

Three of us visited this location at noon today for lunch. There were no available seats. Several tables were taken up by people on their laptops. We waited about 15 minutes and eventually were able to get seated. We ordered our food and coffees. It was ready in a reasonable time but when we had the hot food on the table and tried the coffee we found it was just luke warm. We didn't drink it but decided to take it back to the counter when we were finished our hot meals. After, when we took the full cups back to the counter we were told we waited too long and they would not give us hot coffee. How much could a coffee cost them? We weren't looking for a free refill...God forbid. What a stupid policy, or a stupid server. Either way we won't...

My wife is throwing up violently!! She asked if the pumpkin soup contained sesame as she is allergic. The cashier, asked the kitchen (I have both their names) and she was told it is ok to eat. She felt sick minutes later and asked for the ingredients list as she thought they were wrong. IT CLEARLY SAYS SESAME ON THE ALLERGY INFORMATION ON THE SHEET! Obviously they never checked!!! There were three witnesses to this who were with my wife at the time. BEWARE!!! Called the owner who said sorry, but didn't ask for any information to follow up with us at all. UPDATE-left message for Aroma Canada Head Office two weeks ago-NOBODY even...

I went to this location today around 8.50 pm and ordered some soup and bread. I wanted to feed my 8 year old son at the coffee shop. They asked us to leave stating that they close at 9 pm and the patron’s cannot be there to eat. If your coffee shop closes at 9 pm, then you shouldn’t take orders until closing. If you do, at least let the clients know that they cannot stay to eat at the shop at the time of purchase . On a Saturday night after a hockey game, I had to feed my son in the car. I spent $20 for soup and toast. You pay $20 for a soup for service. Aroma staff do not know how to give service. BTW, the soup was terrible and very...
