I have dealt with this service for at least 8 years. This past year it has become horrific to the point I am writing a letter to them complete with a copy of my bill from the other day. While the delivery is always quick and for the most the food is hot. I ordered curried chicken which I have ordered many times in the past. This time the sauce was very runny and filled with an over abundance of chilly flakes. As a person who makes their own curry - I was not impressed nor had it been prepared this way in all these years. The sweet 'n sour ribs were very grizzly and not chewable. The spring rolls were mainly cabbage, that was soggy and tasteless - I have thoroughly enjoyed them in the past. The egg foo yong the egg was all dark brown and ugh! any good chef knows that you make sure you don't brown the egg for any egg dish - and it dries the egg out - I personally hate! choking on my food. As well as the dish is to be "covered" in gravy and I always order "extra on the side for my Soo Guy and the foo yong - however I paid for gravy on it as that is the way the dish is supposed to be served and this too added to the dryness of the dish. Either they have a new cook the past several months - or they are in "I don't care mood". Regardless things are too expensive, I am a regular customer on a pension that always tips the delivery guy well and I am looking for...
Read moreHonestly, can't tell you enough how first of all, the Customer service from the girl in the phone to delivery guy. Is AMAZING. and then when u get the food. Then there is No surprise as to how amazing the food is. I never have the urge to order from anywhere else. Lol like if we want Chinese food in Tues. We suck it up..because Tim's is closed lol. So we wait patiently for them to open on wed :) We one time ordered from super choys. Because we desperately wanted curry wings. And it was a nightmare .We learned our lesson..and never go anywhere else.. because we can always count on Tim's for great food great service. Just all around AWESOME. If you haven't tried the curry wings with no batter lots if sauce YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED . Yummmmmmmmmmy. I personally order it with only celery. No garlic pieces or chili peppers .celery only. And it reminds me of when I was young growing up and my Mom and aunt's used to order Chinese food. Back in 70's-80's .and you just can't get things the same as u could back in the "good old days" haha. But it sure feels the same with these guys. My loyalty lies with Tim Choi's and ALWAYS Will! .thks for your continued great service and food. #OneLoVe

Read moreWe have a friend who lives in the area and found this place through a Google search. I honestly wasn't expecting much from this hole in the wall take out place, regardless of the glowing reviews. But what a great surprise! We just wanted to try the place out, so we decided to order one of the family meals. The dinner for three was cheap, plentiful and really tasty. They didn't skimp on the meat in the Cantonese chow mein or the beef and vegetables, even at their low prices. Only complaint were the over breaded chicken balls, which were a bit greasy. Been back a few times since and the food has been very consistent and service is always fast and friendly. They are closed on Tuesdays, and open 3:30-11:30 the rest of the week.
Pay in cash and you'll get a discount on items that are not on the "specials" menu (like the special dinner for four - which is an amazing value).
They seem to have different levels of heat for the hot and sour soup - order the spicy for an extra kick.
They have specials on Sundays - so no discount. A decent selection of dishes with prices starting at $3.50 (eg. 10 Spring Rolls), up to $5.00 (eg. General...
