Cute location, but the employee who often works the front cash during weekday mornings is incredibly rude to my son. It doesn't matter how kind and polite he is to her, she always seems to be grumpy.
There have been two occasions where he has paid for his order, waited close to 20mins, then told that they can't make it. When he asked for a refund, he was told to choose muffins or donuts instead. My son didn't want $9 worth of muffins and donuts because he's diabetic, so he waited for a refund. The refund took another 5-7mins and he was late for work.
My son has been over charged multiple different prices when ordering the exact same order each day. Often times, his order will also be missing items. He has a learning disability and was unaware that he was being overcharged for weeks.
The one time my son brought his order back, he explained that it was missing items and the manager laughed at him along side with her employee.
Going to Tim Hortons is his morning routine before he goes to work. He has been going to this location every day for the past year. He never had any problems until this new employee started working a few months ago.
It has got to the point where he doesn't feel comfortable coming here because it gives him so much anxiety. He never knows if he's going to be over charged, have an incorrect order or treated like garbage by your staff.
This behaviour by staff and management is unprofessional and unacceptable.
I do want to add that the staff who work on Sundays are very kind and professional towards him.
Edit* I have contacted head office 4 times since August (two months ago). Nothing has been done.
Because of the lack of concern and terrible treatment, my son and I have not stepped foot inside a Tim Hortons since. We will continue to not support this awful company. There are plenty of great independent coffee places to support...
Read moreI recently visited a Tim Hortons location and had the pleasure of being served by an outstanding employee (Charan). From the moment I stepped up to the counter, he greeted me with a warm, friendly smile, making me feel welcome right away. His efficiency was impressive – he handled the line with speed while still maintaining a personal touch with each customer.
I was particularly impressed by how knowledgeable he was about the menu, offering helpful suggestions when I couldn’t decide. Even when a couple of customers ahead of me had questions, he answered them with patience and clarity, all while keeping the flow of service smooth.
What really stood out was his positive attitude. Despite a busy rush, he remained calm, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy his work, which made my experience that much more pleasant. It’s clear he takes pride in his job, and it really reflects well on the Tim Hortons brand. A big shoutout to him for delivering excellent...
Read moremy boyfriend and i are from toronto and we took my family who was visiting to this location. the food was like at any other location but the service was terrible. they seemed to be so bothered over our "big" order. rolled their eyes and sighed when we asked questions. after we paid for our order the person serving us said that they were out of steak & cheddar subs and she could replace it with a ham & cheddar to which we said ok but she didn't offer to pay the difference (as the h&c is cheaper than the s&c), she just left. we were waiting thinking that she could come back and offer to pay us back or give us the receipt of the order but she didn't. her colleague asked us in a very annoyed way what we were doing and when we explained she sighed and rolled her eyes (again) and just handed us some coins. this was never about the money itself, it's about the terrible customer service. also we came at 3pm the place was not...
