EDIT on May 30th, 2025..noon time Very pleasant and efficient stuff.. this is my regrouping spot. There is a complimentary wi fi and multiple electric wall plug ins and they don't mind you sitting there for a while and relaxing with your phone or I pad. Washrooms are clean and you don't need to ask for a key or permission to use one. I enjoy their fresh potato wedges and tea.. I highly recommend it.
EDIT P..S. Today on May 30th, 2025 this middle aged men comes in and goes straight to the washroom and comes out yelling on stuff, complaining about washroom being dirty and mentioning shit multiple times and looking around to make sure that everyone hears him.. everyone that was sitting inside got quiet and soon left ,and lady behind the counter immediately put on the gloves and went to clean the washroom assuring him that they do clean washrooms regularly, while he was arguing that the washroom is like that for 3 days, which doesn't make any sense I was sitting and talking to someone on my phone and after I finished I called him over nicely and ask him what was all his yelling about and advised him that he should've approached one of the stuff discreetly and in a nice manner to report a dirty washroom and not like that. He got obnoxious insisting that cleaning is their duty and continuing to talk loudly.. I've told him not to raise his voice again and he went to take a sit. After a while he went to the washroom and spent like 15 min in it and I went to take a video..it was messy with pee all over and paper, water not wipped off the sink and I approached him again and had a talk about his duty as a customer to clean after himself, which he didn't like.He asked me who I was and if i worked here and obviously under impression that he is overly privileged treating people as his servants and spoiling their lunch and pleasant time as a result. He bought something and left. I wouldn't tolerate this kinda behavior from anyone..bottom line is nobody is nobody's slave and if you want to be served you need to have manners. I think stuff is doing a great job with customer service and attitude in general and they should get respect back. Respect for a lady who worked this morning named Monica who handled everything professionally and immediately putting gloves on and going to the washroom, while the rest of the stuff was continuing their tasks as usual. I'm not a type to sit around and let someone disrespect myself or anyone else in my presence without standing up. P.S. I do have a video as well and wouldn't let him in my...
Read moreFor those who are looking for a Tim Hortons for a coffee and a classic donut then this place is OK. If you want anything other than that then beware as the staff seem to struggle achieving a satisfactory standard of product. It takes a lot for me to give a bad review and never do so due to the action of one staff member or purchase from any given restaurant or store. People have bad days and QC isn't going to catch every mistake. This branch of Tim Hortons has failed to reach satisfactory standards many times in the past. Now I feel it necessary to post my frustration in the hope that the issues will be addressed. This is my local branch and so I'll be able to update this review as soon as I notice that it has reached a standard people are used to having in any Tim Hortons. When people pay for premium items they have to be made with the way they are supposed to. I've had donuts without filling, for example the chocolate marshmallow ring that came without marshmallow. And a big annoyance is them putting far too little topping on their frozen drinks. When people pay extra for a topping they are paying for what is advertised on the menu, not some tiny amount and an excuse. Also if advertising a creamy chill drink it should be creamy and not seen through. I hope that the staff could be reminded to take pride in their work and the product they sell as Tim Hortons holds a place in many a Canadian's heart and it would be terrible to tarnish it's good reputation. EDIT: Again they have made an error in making what I asked for. The location was empty and they had a printed receipt of my order as I ordered in advance as I was in a rush. I asked for a vanilla chill and they gave me something with chocolate. If I had the time I would have asked them to remake it, but I didn't. I am getting to the end of my rope with this location and if there was another nearby I'd go there. As it stands if it happens again I'll have have to consider taking my...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this location for over 2.5 years, sometimes multiple times a day; but if it weren’t for the convenience of the drive-thru, I’d have stopped ages ago.
Let’s start with the massive wide pothole at the drive-thru entrance, which has been there for a long time. Once you’re in line, expect a painfully slow wait—even with just 6 cars, it can take 15-20minutes.
Now the food: double toasted? Doesn’t exist. Sandwiches are thrown together like an afterthought, most times the filling is out in the wrapping. They’ll charge you $1.60 for one slice of cheese, a charge for mayo, too; and then forget to actually include them. By the time you find out, you’re long gone. Plus, what you get is cold bread, barely any spread, and a dry, flavorless sandwich that’s hard to swallow—literally. By now $18 deep in your bill with tea and maybe another item, you’re thinking, Subway, may have been a better option!
They’re constantly out of basic items, even in the middle of the afternoon. Why? Poor restocking. Instead of staying ahead, they wait until everything runs out. Order a pineapple dragon fruit lemonade? You might get plain lemonade instead. Ask for a refund? Forget it—they’ll toss you a Timbit like that makes up for it, instead of the $$$ difference. You’ve got to have a 5 minute dialogue with multiple people and firmly hold your ground for a refund!
Bagels are no better. Ask for original cream cheese, and you might get herb and garlic—because they didn’t bother cleaning the knife. And don’t expect your bagel to be cut properly either. That would be too much effort, apparently.
Some staff are friendly, and I do appreciate them and their big smiles to see me; but that’s just not enough fix the overall mess over a very prolonged time. This location has become disorganized, careless, and getting worse. If not for the drive-thru, I’d...
