I recently visited a Tim Hortons located in downtown, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and comfortable the experience was. Being in a busy downtown area, I expected it to be crowded and chaotic, but this location stood out for its speed and organization. The staff were fast and attentive, and even during the morning rush, the line moved quickly without sacrificing service quality. One of the things I appreciated most was the availability of seating. Unlike some other downtown coffee spots that are cramped and always full, this Tim Hortons had plenty of tables and seating areas. It made it easy to relax, enjoy my coffee, and even get a bit of work done without feeling rushed or cramped. As for the coffee itself, it was fresh and hot—just the way it should be. I ordered a classic double-double and a breakfast sandwich, and both were ready in just a few minutes. The sandwich was warm and satisfying, perfect for starting the day. Overall, this Tim Hortons location offers a clean, quick, and friendly environment with lots of space to sit. It's definitely a solid choice for a morning coffee or a quick bite in the downtown area.

This is hands down the best Tim Hortons in the city. The service is always fast and friendly, and the staff genuinely care about the customers. A huge shoutout to ARPIT, the best supervisor I’ve ever come across. He’s always kind, always has a smile on his face, and keeps this place running smoothly. You can tell he takes pride in making sure everything is clean and organized, and it really makes a difference. It’s the little thing, like remembering your order or just greeting you with a warm attitude, this keeps me coming back. If every Tim Hortons had an Arpit, the world would be a better place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Arpit is the Best! I stop by Tim Hortons at 1000 Gerrard regularly, and every time, Arpit makes my day. He’s one of the kindest people I’ve ever met—always smiling, always friendly, and he somehow remembers my order every time. It’s the little things, like how he greets you with genuine warmth and makes sure everything is just right. You can tell he truly cares about the customers, and that kind of service is rare these days. Tim Hortons is lucky to have him! Thanks, Arpit, for making my mornings better.

I come everyday and the staff have always been pleasant. Majority are friendly but I do have issues with several staff members.

Navleen the supervisor/manager is always kind and smiling. She takes time to ask how things are and keeps herself and her staff happy. It is not always possible to keep yourself happy or even your team but you can see the effort she puts in. She has a BIG heart and a kind soul.

Annie is sometimes in a rush which is understandable, but when she smiles it is very pleasant. A little erratic but when she IS happy it's great. Most girls tend to be erratic in a sense.

Sophie is a little shy to me but patient with me.

Nusrat is newer staff member but very friendly. Quiet and respectful.

Shubada is as pure as they come. Her smile and soul seem VERY genuine. She seems happy to learn ANY information and I feel comfortable in her presence.

Apoorva always has a HUUUUGE smile when I see her. I don't see her as often as before but all our interactions are pleasant.

Prijanka is VERY moody. One day happy, one day sad. One day giggly the next no emotion at all. This is not a good fit in ANY circumstance.

Joy is sometimes fatigued but he tries his best. He works very hard and moves efficiently.

Arpit is a man who is very indecisive. He doesn't like me, for no reason. His smile is fake. He stalls my order even though he sees me. When I see him I presume my order to take longer than normal. He never says one thing when saying "here you go." He says "boss, brother, buddy." Never consistent at all. The one time I said "I am not your boss." He replied "OH, sorry sir." With a sly snicker and laugh. The next day back to brother, buddy. This is a man who does not respect me. I don't need his respect just the coffee without the talk.

I found out that Anik meant soldier. I told him the next day and he said "oh, thats why I wanted to be a soldier, when I was younger." I explained that HE CAN BE!! I came today and when I was telling some stories their was noone in line. I told him my goals and dreams and he laughed at me with Prijanka on the side judging me for my dreams and goals. A line formed and he said "Bro go." That is not a way to tell someone to leave. What a terrible attitude to have. I thought he was a good man. I was wrong. You don't laugh at someones dream. The next day I came, he saw me and ran to the back. I will no longer speak to this person.

I don't care to speak with a lot of men in general since majority of men in this generation are weak and lazy. They play with themselves and wonder why they are tired consistently. Focus on girls and not their dreams. It is the weakest generation of men in human history. This is why Women/girls are easy to deal with as they are much more relaxed with me and I myself am a rare "man." The only man I will speak to at this location is Joy. He has two jobs and works very hard. He always has a smile even though he is tired.

After updating my review I came in the morning happy to see Apoorva and Navleen at the cash register. Anik on the side cleaning tables and as I stated before I just ignored him, and it seemed he did the same. Apoorva and Navleen said "helloooo" with big smiles as usual. Navleen started apologizing for the experience that I had the prior day. I was in amazement. HOWWW did she know already!?! I had updated my review early in the morning. I only sleep 3.5 - 4 hours a day and wake up very early. Navleen had explained that she reads the reviews EVERY morning. This is a person WHO REALLY CARES about her job and the people that she services. This is a WONDERFUL human being. I am truly grateful to Navleen. We had a quick conversation and a line forming behind but I didn't feel rushed at all. Thank...

Tim Hortons is a well-known Canadian fast-food restaurant chain, specializing in coffee and donuts. The brand has become an iconic part of Canadian culture since it was founded in 1964, and now boasts more than 4,000 locations worldwide. While it's best known for its coffee and donuts, Tim Hortons has expanded its menu to include sandwiches, soups, and other breakfast items.

The chain's coffee is undoubtedly its most popular item, and for good reason. It's consistently good, with a smooth and balanced flavor that's not too strong or too weak. The donuts, too, are a classic treat, with a wide variety of flavors and styles to choose from. The selection includes classic flavors like glazed and chocolate, as well as seasonal varieties like pumpkin spice and apple fritter.

While the coffee and donuts are the main draw, the food menu at Tim Hortons is also worth trying. The breakfast sandwiches are particularly tasty, with options like the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit or the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese English Muffin. The soups and sandwiches are also decent, although they don't stand out as much as the coffee and donuts.

One of the best things about Tim Hortons is the prices. The chain is very affordable, making it a great option for a quick breakfast or snack. However, this affordability can sometimes come at a cost. The quality of the food can vary from location to location, and some franchises may not have the same level of cleanliness or service as others.

Overall, Tim Hortons is a beloved institution in Canada, and for good reason. The coffee and donuts are consistently good, and the affordable prices make it an accessible option for many people. While the food menu may not be as impressive as the coffee and donuts, it's still worth trying. If you're ever in Canada, be sure to stop by a Tim Hortons for a taste of...
