Order 9565 Hello, I ordered breakfast combo this morning it was as simple as egg and cheese combo. I do not eat meat for religious reasons. They gave me egg and cheese with bacon and I literally ate it without noticing it, when taste was weird I realised that something is wrong, I opened the egg and cheese and I saw bacon. The store is 55 St clair ave in toronto They not only ruined my order, wasted my money but not only that they ruined my mental peace. This is unacceptable. Every now and then they dont be careful with the order and ruin it. I not only want refund but want the manager to call me and take this to next level and solve this. I will require proper compensation for this worst thing that has happened to me which has given me stress and anxiety and also have been feeling worse religiously. I do have photos and the order number, time, date and location information. You can check the cameras of your location too. What the hell? Date 31st July 2025. 8:23AM. Whoever the manager (lady manager) was working made this order. A manager can make this kind of mistake? I dont want anyone's job at risk because of my complaint. But really? If you cannot be careful of what you are serving how even a manager? Same manager made my cappuccino yesterday and forgot to add sugar in it. I even complaint it online on tims app. What if I had bacon Alergy? I would have died probably. Not eating bacon or meat religiously is same enough as it mentally effects you. I want that owner or the general manager of the store to contact me on this matter. Same issue have been escalated to you from the tim hortons customer service, you should have my contact details in it. Give me a solution here. I cannot let this worst thing go. Read moreJigna Patel is by far the worst acting GM I’ve ever encountered. She has absolutely no idea how to speak to customers with basic respect, let alone manage a store. Tim Hortons at 55 St. Clair Avenue deserves so much better in the absence of its real GM. Her attitude is completely unacceptable — she talks down to customers, shows zero professionalism, and clearly doesn’t care if people stop coming back. It’s shocking how someone like her is allowed to run the place.
The way she talks to people is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It’s almost like she forgets that customers are the reason the store even exists. She doesn’t listen, she interrupts, and she makes customers feel like a burden instead of valued guests. If this is the kind of service Tim Hortons wants to be known for, then it’s on a fast track to losing loyal customers.
It’s insulting to regular customers to be treated this way. The real GM is clearly missed, because Jigna Patel is running the place into the ground in their absence. Tim Hortons — do better. This location, and your customers, deserve far better than this.
She is okay if we further complaint about few things and she literally does not give a damn about it. In the absence of real GM, she has done the damage that this location which probably she will not admit and blame it on a customer.

Read moreThis location is very subpar with regard to getting a sandwich. Ordered the BLT a couple of times and ether is only 2 or 3 super slim, almost transparent, ready made bacon strips inside, so basically is like eating a tomato and lettuce sandwich for $8.00 it's insane that they charge this for what you're getting - maybe try a different location or another sandwich. Also don't even think of ordering chilli, they rarely ever have it as they seem to always "run out". There are people on here complaining about the staff, I have no issue with them as servers but someone has to train them or tell them how to make a half decent sandwich (unless they are told to make it skimpy).
06/21/2023 - Update - So I went back to this location again giving it another chance... my mistake and I should have learned from my previous experience - ordered the same thing - BLT - 3 little pieces of bacon and 2 thinly sliced pieces of tomato and 1 leaf of lettuce... it's actually sad and I don't know how they can keep churning this out... I guess people don't care... In any case My money will be spent elsewhere.... no...
