Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

I went to this location twice for this month (June 2025) 1st. Incident - I went in around 8:18am this was on a Tuesday, I ordered a sesame seed bagel with peanut butter and a peppermint tea. Got to my car and took my food out to eat on route, and the peanut butter packet was on the side with a knife. I was upset as now I have to apply the spead myself. I could have been notified at the time that that's how my food was being prepared, but the employees were just chit chatting in another language. 2nd Incident - Today Thursday June 19, 2025. At around 8:20am, I went in and ordered the same items as before, this time I asked to have the peanut butter placed on the bagel. The clerk and other employees were all speaking another language the entire time, as myself and other customers were in the store. I recieved my order, and immediately the same clerk stopped the employee and said in another language to add the peanut butter to the bagel. The employee was upset that she was redirected and applied the peanut butter to the bagel. A gentleman next to me odered a sandwich with bacon and the server refused to cut it. The gentleman asked for a knife several times, and they ignored him and continued to speak another language. Finally, the server took the sandwich and cut it in half. This behavior is highly inappropriate. Honestly, I wanted a refund, but I didn't want to inconvenience the other...

I came here during the week for the first time as I come to the area for work. This location is on Eglinton Ave and the parking is pretty hard to find, so better to walk.

I got the cravable steak sandwich and a coffee. The sandwich was pretty fresh and tasty like most other tims. Coffee was hot and freshly brewed as always.

What made my day was the staff and their friendly service, they all made sure customers are served and treated nicely and pretty fast.

The lady, named Kiran, was super friendly and amazing, she asked me if its my first time and I was happy with the service. This was truly amazing and I left with a very pleasant experience.

The place itself is pretty clean and it has a few high chairs to sit down and enjoy the food or drink. It is pretty small for dine in but pretty nice to pick up quick bites.

As said, Staff is really nice and friendly and fast to serve the line, they all make sure customers are happy and they leave pretty satisfied.

I had a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons location! I ordered a Crispy Chicken Wrap, an iced cup, and a Boston Cream Donut, and everything was fresh and delicious. The Crispy Chicken Wrap had the perfect crunch, with tender chicken and just the right amount of sauce, making it super flavorful. The iced cup was refreshing and hit the spot, especially with how well it was made. And, of course, the Boston Cream Donut was soft, fluffy, and filled with creamy goodness—just the way it should be!

The service was quick and friendly, and the staff seemed attentive and welcoming. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere, making it a great spot to grab a meal or a quick coffee break.
