This Tim Hortons on Bloor has a lot going for it — the store itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. It feels fresh and organized, which makes a great first impression when you walk in. The display cases are usually full, and everything looks properly stocked. So if you’re looking for a quick coffee or snack in a clean environment, it checks that box.

But where things start to fall short is the service and attention to detail.

I’ve visited a few times now and noticed the same recurring issues. Orders often come out missing small but important things — napkins, straws, or even basic condiments. These might seem minor, but when you’re on the go or taking your food back to the office, it becomes a hassle to double-check everything or go back and ask for what’s missing.

What’s more frustrating is the staff dynamic. On more than one visit, I saw some employees standing around or chatting while others were clearly overwhelmed with mobile orders and front counter requests. It created this weird sense of disconnect — like not everyone was on the same page or actively engaged in helping the team. At one point, there were several staff visible behind the counter but only one or two actually doing anything. It wasn’t just my perception either — a quick scroll through social media shows videos that highlight the same issue.

To be fair, I’ve had a few decent interactions where staff were polite and efficient. But overall, the experience can feel inconsistent, and that brings down the whole vibe — especially in a place that otherwise looks so put together.

This Tim’s has potential, and it wouldn’t take much to turn things around. Some better team coordination and a bit more attention to detail would go a long way. Until then, it’s an average experience in a...

The staff at this Tim Hortons location were friendly and attentive, taking orders with efficiency and ensuring customers were served in a timely manner. The service was prompt, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable visit.

The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to sit down and enjoy a meal or grab a quick snack. Ample seating options were available, making it convenient for both individuals and groups.

One area for improvement could be the parking availability, as it can be limited during busy periods. However, there are alternative parking options nearby that can alleviate any inconvenience.

I went to this address today and ordered coffee, but unfortunately I saw Mr. Hindi, who was a worker, first clean the inside of the espresso machine with a semi-dirty blue towel, then put the utensils inside the coffee machine on the cabinet, and with the napkin on the cabinet. It was and in my opinion it was not clean, he cleaned it. He cleaned the inside of the coffee machine with a semi-dirty handkerchief and put the handkerchief on the cabinet !! I told him that his job was unsanitary, especially during the coronavirus, but he said no, it was not a problem! Now my question to the Horton team manager is, why doesn't he provide training for his staff !? Of course, this is not the first time I see such scenes in the Horton team! And of course, irresponsible and unsanitary employees are also to blame! And I promised myself today that I would never buy coffee from the Tim Horton team again because they are not of value to...

i’m a regular here and typically the service is great. but a few days ago i had an unsatisfying experience. i ordered a cream cheese bagel through the kiosk, and then i was told that i did not pay for the spread. so i paid again. but after checking my bank i actually did pay for the spread the first time and i was charged extra. i dont mind since its only like a dollar, but what really upset me was how my bagel came out: plain, burnt, and sad. there was barely even a dollop of cream cheese on that bread. and i didn’t order double toasted. i got a bagel because its affordable and filling, but $5 for this sad thing is equivalent to a farmers sandwich. what a waste my friends.

Totally agree with previous reviewer. This person that on the photo is very aggressive and so disgusting! I personally witnessed a couple of times how rude she spake with one of the clients! Indeed it's very disappointing to see how a good place & location like this turns all the way around because of such a people.Don't understand... Why would the owner keep her there? To speak and behave like that with the clients? Certainly she won't work there for a long time! For it does not matter how good she knows her job... The attitude towards the guests are infinitely more important!
