This is a new Timmies location which opened up recently after the entire gas station renovation. The team that works at this location will rush you for no reason... they expect you to pay and drive off at 40kmph, learn to relax and not rush customers, it’s not professional. All we have is time, why rush? I actually seen a Porsche 911 back into another vehicle while waiting for my order at this location. They rush all kinds of customers for no reason. Ask yourself this: does your biweekly/weekly/monthly pay check come quick in a rush? No it doesn’t. So please take the time to process orders, correctly to customers satisfaction! We PAY for the goods you sell, so we expect total customer satisfaction. Don’t rush the customers. Make it right the first time. Time was created so everything doesn’t happen all at once. Pace yourselves. Don’t let your team or anyone rush you. It’s certainly not good for you and the business. I hope to see improvements...
Read moreIf I could leave a zero star review I would! I ordered 2 medium mocha iced coffees with extra base (which is my usual order) and this one lady made them extremely watered down. I decided to get out of my car (since I went through the drive through) and go in to get them fixed. I explained to her that they were watered down and that I preferred if she made me new ones. The lady began the argue with me and say that this is what I ordered. After a few minutes of back and forth, she angrily took both iced coffees to the back and returned with 2 new ones. They absolutely did not taste any better, and it almost felt like she just brought back the same coffees that she had made the first time, but I decided not to tell her again since she was so problematic.T is some of the worst customer service I've ever had, and she should definitely get fired...
Read moreToday morning i went to this location. This is just to inform the management, the kind of negative vibe I got from one of your staff. I went with a coupon to get one coffee, the staff suddenly start saying”this one is expired and when i asked her name she was like I will call the manager” the kind of facial expression and attitude towards the customer was not good. I don’t want to quote her name here, at the same time, manager was so nice, explained the reason in a polite way and also when I asked the staff name, the manager told me the name and apologized for the discomfort caused. And also the coworker who stands beside with the mentioned staff also had a pleasant face.
