Vista Eatery — Restaurant in Toronto

I went to Ontario Place during the final days of the CNE. My negative experience with the Eatery started with items on the menu are not available (before noon). How is this possible? They knew that number of customers will be higher (people come to see an Air Show). Then I had to wait 15-20 min to get my sausage. The person at the grill was doing his best, but they needed to have extra person there to help. The manager had paid the visit just to tell the grill person that there no help available. Finally, in 20 min I got my sausage just to realize that I am getting one when I ordered 3. (Young kids working at the counter made a mistake. Sure things, mistakes happen, but PLEASE don't forget: this is an ONTARIO PLACE, the tourist attraction (or...

this place is awful. it's the only place in the area that you can eat at, and it's options are not only limited and expensive, but when I went they didn't even have bread for a grilled cheese?? which is like half of their menu??? absolutely ridiculous. and they have options on their menu they actually don't serve either! and woman working the counter couldn't hear anything we said and was incredibly soft spoken so that led to 5 minutes of miscommunications as well. I'm normally extremely reasonable when it comes to restaurants but this place just got under my skin.

Under staffed, unorganized and they use cheap methods to cut costs.

Waited super long to order during high season on a weekend. The staff forgot to process one of two burgers I paid for.

When I received my food it was undercooked!!!! I had to request a refund for it.

AVOID ordering their gourmet burger and double trouble burger unless you know they will cook it fully! The cheese they use for the burger is so thick it doesn't melt.
