For Trillium Park (and beyond/the trail): SUMMARY: insects :( but it's very big and nice for a scenic trip!

I’ve visited this place frequently since the opening. It’s a pleasant area for athletic and recreation purposes. The layout is quite neat, with a pavilion, nicely-arranged plants throughout, and a sand/boulder area (but watch out for spiders and flying bugs).

If you walk further ahead, they etched chess board grids on tables (requires chess pieces though) and basketball hoops. However, the hoops are placed near some body of water, so missing your shot could potentially lose your ball. Quite unfortunate that the big chess pieces from 3 years ago were removed too. Nonetheless, the scenery and photos still make the trip worthwhile!

The boulder area makes a great sunrise view and the CN tower is in that direction as well. Walking way ahead to the West Island makes a nice photo with the sunset, but watch your steps for geese poop. They also have this half front of a ship which is pretty cool.

On good weather days, there’s quite a lot of people. Sometimes, you can hear and catch glimpses of planes and ships (during pre-covid). I’m not familiar with parking and I don’t recall many food places around the area, but the place would make a cute picnic spot. Overall, I’d recommend Trillium Park...

Trillium Park is a hidden gem located in the heart of Toronto's waterfront. The park is a great place for a leisurely walk along the water, and offers stunning views of the iconic CN Tower. It's the perfect place to relax and take in the city's skyline, with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the scenery with a friend or on your own.

One of the great things about Trillium Park is its accessibility. It's located close to the X-hotel and Ontario Place, and there are plenty of bike share stations nearby. For those driving, there's parking available at a reasonable price. The park is also easily accessible by transit, making it a convenient destination for locals and tourists alike.

The park is also dog-friendly, making it a popular spot for dog owners to take their furry friends for a walk. There are plenty of green spaces for dogs to run around and play, and even a dog fountain for them to cool off in.

Trillium Park is also a great place to watch the sunset. As the sun sets over the water, the sky lights up in a beautiful array of colours, making for a truly breathtaking view.

In addition, the park boasts clean and well-maintained public washrooms, which is always a plus. Overall, Trillium Park is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart...

Trillium Park is truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the city, offering a serene escape with its breathtaking views of the lakeside waterfront skyline. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a peaceful walk or simply want to soak in the natural beauty, this park is the perfect destination.

One of the highlights of Trillium Park is its tranquil atmosphere, especially in the morning when it’s less busy. The early hours are the ideal time to visit if you prefer a quiet experience, allowing you to fully appreciate the park’s scenic beauty without the crowds.

However, it’s worth noting that there is some commercial construction underway near the entrance, which might make finding your way into the park a bit tricky. Additionally, part of the park is currently closed due to the construction, so you may not have full access to all areas. Despite these minor inconveniences, Trillium Park remains a must-visit spot for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

Whether you’re a local or a visitor, Trillium Park offers a unique blend of urban and natural landscapes that makes it a standout destination. Don’t miss the chance to experience this peaceful oasis—it’s well...
