Where do I even begin? Everything was exceptional. I loved the atmosphere. It was fun, sexy, very elevated, but still casual in a sense that made you feel comfortable. The space was really giving me Vegas energy. The service was incredible and the food honestly was a straight 10 out of 10 all around. I absolutely love the pepperoni cups. I was a little bit worried about what it would be like, but we finish the plate within minutes. It was such a good fun little dish. The Italian chop salad was delicious. I’m coming back just for that. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection. The brussels sprouts were amazing. The scallops ceviche and branzino Crudo were so fresh and delicious. Potion sizes were generous. Congratulations Playbook I cannot wait to dine with you guys again.

It was my first time at Playbook and it was a great experience through and through. The space is gorgeous and they have huge screens to watch sports games. They also have a gluten free pasta option which was very accommodating, the Truffle Tagliatelle was delicious! Big shoutout to the bartender Tusy! She’s clearly passionate about her work and it shows - the service she provided and the cocktails she crafted were top tier. Ask her to make you an amaretto sour and you won’t be disappointed!

We celebrated our One Year Wedding Anniversary at The Playbook Commons and had the best time! The food and service was beyond anything we ever expected. The team went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary celebration was nothing short of amazing. They really contributed to making our anniversary so special and memorable. Thank you so much again for everything ~ including the surprises we were not expecting but are so grateful for <3 1000/10, would definitely recommend! 🤍💍🥂🩵🥹

This sports bar is incredible, great atmosphere, tons of TVs, amazing setup. But the process of getting a table or reservation was absolutely ridiculous. Like pulling teeth. I was told “No” or “We’re fully committed” at least 15 times by three different managers. Let me be clear, I’m in sales, and when someone tells me no, it usually means they’re not even trying or attempting to accommodate. That’s exactly what this felt like. Eventually, I ended up with the best seat in the house due to my persistency but it shouldn’t take that much effort just to get a simple table.

To the managers & hostess you NEVER tell a paying customer “no” without exhausting every possible option. that’s laziness and horrible hospitality. You find a way. That’s your job. 8 of us spent over $1600 on food and drinks and I can the bet the bank that our bill was the HIGHEST out of all parties. Don’t ever turn away high paying customers. This is advice not a...

An unforgettable experience from start to finish!

I had the pleasure of dining at this newly opened gem in Toronto and was truly blown away. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, modern, and beautifully designed — every detail felt intentional and elevated.

The menu is creative and packed with flavour. Every dish we tried was a perfect balance of presentation and taste — you can tell the chefs put heart and innovation into everything. The service was equally impressive — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food and experience.

It’s rare to find a new spot that hits all the right notes this early on, but this place has done just that. Whether you’re planning a date night, a celebration, or just craving something special, this is the place to be. Toronto has a new culinary star ⭐️

Can’t wait to...

The vibe if this restaurant was amazing. I was sat near the bar top where i got to watch the tenders masterfully craft thier cocktails. I could peek through the open food window to see the chefs producing works of culinary arts in a sparkling kitchen. All while front house staff gracefully glided between tables bending to the customers needs. My server Tusy not only had an amazing smile and positive attitude. But gave me a high-5 because she was so happy with how pleased i was with my dining experience. I ordered the Iberico Pork Chop, it was cooked to perfection with my knife sliding through it like butter, I didnt know a pork chop could be so tender and flavourful. If I could give The Playbook Commons a 6/5 star I would. Highly recommend this restaurant for a fine...
