Worst and most unreliable Starbucks you'll ever experience. If you have an issue the male staff members are often either dismissive, blank, rude or unresponsive.
Half the time they're "sold out" of entire drinks so their menu is considerably smaller than that of a regular starbucks.
The store changes their closing hours on a whim every day so you can't rely on what the website, app or even the hours in the window say. If you ask the employees what time they are closing on any given day even they don't seem able to give a straight answer. It's not even worth the effort of walking over to try and get a coffee on your break because chances are you'll just waste your time and your break.
They don't redeem any kind of starbucks points rewards and instead of trying to find a solution the owner often just blames Starbucks instead of taking accountability, something that is even evident in the store's previous replies to other reviews complaining about this.
I've also heard employees talking about all sorts of things when they think that nobody is listening, such as how the store has rats or how the owner of the store pressures them into writing fake positive reviews for the store here on google. In fact, if you scroll down, you'll even see two 5 star reviews written by Bobby Li and Julie Peters who if you've ever actually been to this location you will recognise as the manager and supervisor. VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
On top of all that you can't even trust the food! I tried to buy a sandwich here and was disgusted to notice that the staff had ripped the expiry date stickers off a bunch of the sandwiches and put them still out for sale. Why anyone thinks they can run a business like this is beyond me. Avoid this location at all costs and take your money elsewhere. It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars,...
Read morePoorest performance by a Starbucks I’ve EVER experienced. National volleyball tournament going on directly across the street- id guess about 10,000 people in attendance. Tourney starts at 7am - and it’s currently 8:50am. We just waited inline for 45 minutes to get a coffee- I counted and there were 55 people in line at one point. TWO staff members on.... two. This location is quite remote, so events at the Exhibition should be their bread and butter and this is how they prepare... One staff is wearing a mask, so hasn’t spoken to anyone and the cashier is about as bad as it gets- absolutely rude. People who just waited in line for 40+ minutes are asking him how he is, and he’ll mumble “good” while looking down. I’d say if people are waiting this long, you greet them with enthusiasm and respect. Ive never in my life written a review, but I actually cannot help myself right now. I’m embarrassed for them. Thanks to Starbucks, we’ve just missed the first portion of today’s second...
Read moreVisited this place 23 of May. About “customer service” they didn’t heard! We arrive and the coffee station was ampty. Than one guy came but first he spend few minutes with he’s friends in the cafe hall. We (4 of us) was waiting with patience. Then he took the order and was moving very slowly. We decide to sit outside, but no one of staff didn’t help us with chairs (all chairs was collect inside one on one). In some time the girl came and informed us that they closing. And she continue standing just behind my back..! And waiting!.. So she could inform us in advance like - Unfortunately we going to close in 5 minutes - and leave. But NOT like that. Informing and standing waiting just on me!?!.. It is unprofessional, un respectable and nothing about customer service. Thank you. So disappointed of quality of service...
