Watan Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Toronto

Today I ordered an extra large pizza over the phone at Watan Pizza & Grill and said I was coming to pick up my pizza. I asked the person he was taking the order, about the price, toppings, and tax. He told me that the price of an extra large pizza is 13.99, plus a chicken breast topping of $3.50 plus 13% tax $ 2.27 , for a total of $17.49. When I went to Watan Pizza & Grill to pick up the pizza, the cashier had taken $23.71 from my bank card. When I realized this amount, I spoke to the cashier and the manager and told them that they had taken an extra $3.95 from my bank account. What was the reason? They replied to me without respect for the customer and without a valid reason that this was a tip that every customer has to pay. While we all know that it is not legal and obligatory to charge tip the customer for ordering and pick-up the order , especially if the customer was not informed of the tip at all and was not asked about the customer's opinion about. In my opinion and that of everyone who was there as a customer, withdrawing additional money without the customer's knowledge in the name of a tip for on the phone order and self pick-up there is no tip giving mandatory. This kind taking money from customer is nothing more than theft because taking and withdrawing money without letting the owner of the money know and without informing the owner of the money is blatant theft, which unfortunately happens every day at Watan Pizza & Grill. As I found out when I claimed my money back, I advise all customers of Watan Pizza & Grill to first of all do not make any purchases from this pizza shop at all , because that is not an honest business. Otherwise, please pay attention to your bill and receipt because the theft is happening right in front of your eyes. Imagine that in one day, they steal approximately $2,000 to $4,000 in broad daylight in front of the customers' eyes, and the poor customers, with their trust in humanity and honesty, do not realize the amount that was stolen from them. I again recommend that you please be aware of such dangerous thieves and, like me, try to catch these thieves and report the matter to the police department together. امروز من یک پیزه اکسترا لارج ا ز طریق تیلیفون در وطن پیزا اند گریل فرمایش دادم و گفتم برای گرفتن پیزه خودم مییایم . در مورد قیمت و تاپنگ و تکس همه را سوال کردم .برایم گفتن که قیمت پیزه اکسترا لارج ۱۳.۹۹ میباشد یک تاپنگ که سینه مرغ بود اضافه به مبلغ ۳ دالر و ۵۰ سنت بر علاوه ۱۳٪ تکس که مجموعأ مبلغی ۱۷.۴۹ دالر میشد . وقتی برای تحویل گرفتن پیزا به وطن پیزا اند گریل مراجعه کردم کشییر مبلغ ۲۳.۷۱ دالر از کارت بانکی من برداشت کرده بود . هنگامی‌که متوجه این مبلغ گردیدم به کشییر و منیجر صحبت کردم و به آنها واضعا گفتم که مبلغی.۳.۹۵ دالر اضافه از حساب بانکی من برداشت کرده اید دلیل چه است ؟ آنها بدون احترام به مشتری و بدون اینکه دلیل موجهی داشته باشند به من جواب دادن که این تپ یا ببخشیش است که باید هر مشتری بپردازد . در حالیکه همه میدانیم برای فرمایش دادن و تحویلی آن توسط مشتری انعام حتمی بالای مشتری قانونی و حتمی نیست بخصوص در صورتیکه مشتری اصلا در جریان پول انعام قرار داده نشده و تا آخرین لحظه هم در مورد اظهار نظر مشتری پرسیده نشده باشد . به نظر من و همه کسانیکه در آنجا منحیث مشتری حضور داشتند برداشت پولی اضافه بدون اطلاع مشتری بنام انعام دزدی بیش نیست چون اخذ و برداشت پول بدون اجاره صاحب پول و بدون در جریان گذاشتن صاحب پول دزدی آشکار میباشد که متاسفانه این دزدی بشکل همه روزه در وطن پیزا اند گریل جریان دارد . همانطوریکه من متوجه گردیدم ک ادعا برگشت پولم را کردم به همه مشتریان وطن پیزا اند گریل توصیه میکنم اولا اصلا هیچ نوع خرید ازاین پیزا شاپ نکنید در غیر آن لطفا متوجه بل و رسید خرید هایتان باشید چون دزدی در مقابل چشمان شما صورت می‌گیرد. تصور کنید در یک روز تقریبا مبلغی ۲۰۰۰ الی ۴۰۰۰ دالر را در روز روشن در مقابل چشمان مشتریان می‌دزدند و مشتریان بیچاره هم با اعتماد که بالای انسانیت و صداقت داشته اند مبلغ را که از ایشان دزدی گردیده را اصلا متوجه نمی شوند . من باز هم توصیه میکنم لطفا متوجه این قبیل دزد های خطرناک باشید و مانند من کوشش کنید که دست این دزدان را ببندید و با هم یکجا موضوع را به اداره پوليس در...

Watan Pizza and Grill has been providing pizza for customers for several years. I have been eating pizza with my colleagues from this restaurant for over five years now, and I am vastly impressed with the options they provide since the reopening. Watan is fairly priced, has more flavour options for there toppings, and now has introduced a variety of gourmet-style pizzas to compliment the other foods options such as the super-sized garlic/BBQ chicken wings and Philly-Cheese steak sandwich. Compliments to the chef as well for his artistry in combining each ingredient. The new Watan restaurant has also added more seating to accommodate customers who prefer to dine in. The most important improvement in my opinion is the selection of Mr. Hassan as the new manager of the store, and the leadership he provides to the several new staff who are more professional and keen on improving customer satisfaction, the true reason why we choose Watan over other pizza restaurants in Toronto. Since the reopening, Watan pizza is now my first choice take out choice since it offers more than just pizza. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced the guys here had no class, dignity or self respect. I went in here yesterday asked for a slice the young guy at the cash skinny guy of afghan descent puts my order in the oven forgets about it then pulls it out a few minutes later. I tell him that I can't eat that because it's burnt and from there he starts to insult me and mock me by first showing the pizza slice to all employees and customers asking them how perfect it is and how wrong I am for even saying that. I tell him that if I'm the one eating it and don't believe that the pizza is sanitary at this point do I not have the choice to refuse it. He then begins to tell me I am blind I was in disbelief that this was their reaction towards a customer who wishes to spend their money at their establishment. I then ask for my money back and the man continues to insult me the whole way until I left. I never said anything wrong to him nor did I get offensive as he stood there disrespecting and insulting me.
