If you're celebrating an event with a group of 8 people, don't waste your time here. I'm not normally a person who complains about a bad food experience but their customer service was terrible and here's why.

  1. When we were seated, they did not immediately ask us what we wanted to drink until 10 minutes later.
  2. It took us 15 minutes to wave down our server just to order an appetizer (chilled saute eggplant). Then they switched our server who asked for this order again.
  3. The servers did not check up on us for the entire night.
  4. When we finally ordered our food, we waited 1 hour for it. There is no exaggeration here for the amount of time it took to prepare it but I was thankful we ordered the appetizer.
  5. When we asked for seperate bills at the end of the night, it took them another 30minutes to get it and they got the the bill wrong for my meal so I had to wait another 5 minutes to fix it.
  6. To add onto the 5th point, another table with a group of 8 got their bills before our table did and they called for their bills AFTER us.
  7. Some of their servers was also on their phones too while they were working. This was what I found very ridiculous because it seems like they valued their own time over ours when we're paying them.
  8. When paying with a credit card, they claimed that their had problems connecting to the Wi-Fi. So they asked if they could take my card that's still plugged into the machine to their cash register to use the machine's dock without telling me to go up with them to pay there.
  9. Gratitudity was 18%..on top of the taxed total when it should be in the subtotal. Now if you think of this, given the rest of the comments I made about their customer service, you will find that it was stupid.

In conclusion, don't come here with big groups. You might not know how long it takes for them to serve you. I'm only rating this as 2 stars because of its atmosphere and the...

I will be very honest and tell you about my lunch experience today. I would not recommend this place to anyone after the way my wife and I were treated. I have never been so offended by the clearly deliberate rude behavior from the woman that attended to us today. If anyone follows my reviews will know that I am not one to play the "I am a victim of racial and or religious prejudice" card. I am clearly convinced that the horrible and extremely rude service I received today was racially motivated since we were the only ones in the restaurant at that time and when the second group of people came in they received 5 star service. We were ignored for about 20 min and had to ask for the waitress to come and attend to us. When we ordered we weren't even given the option of drinks untill we insisted. When the food finally came ( and I have to be honest , the food was good ) we had to insist on receiving plates . Yes she gave us the food Platter and no plates untill we asked. For some odd reason she turned off the music once our food had arrived. We felt that we had to chase after her for every little thing one after another. It was clearly a case of her intentionally ignoring us and constantly being on her phone. At first we thought that she was just a really bad waitress. But when the next clients came , she was giving them astonishing service. Clearly was a case of prejudice. If your of the Arab decent , I warn you that you will most likely not get good service and I do not recommend giving this business your money after being treated in such dispicable manner. We actually wanted to drink some Turkish coffee and have deserts but we decided that there was no way we were gonna spend a second longer in that place. Furthermore she didn't even ask us if we wanted anything else Absolutely unacceptable of this...

DO NOT GO AS A GROUP

Went to this restaurant for a friends birthday party and the overall experience was terrible. The wait for the food was about an hour after we had placed our orders, the staff rarely waited on our table and to top it off when they did, they kept taking my friends drink away (no refills) when she wasn't even finished (they didn't ask).

The food is average at best, not worth the wait. When it came to billing, we all split our bill but something extra was added on each of our bill ($1.44) which i guessed was for the bread they gave us while we were waiting for the food but we thought it was complimentary as nothing was said. Also tip is included at 18% for groups over 6 so maybe that was why the waitresses didn't seem to give a damn AND they included it after tax so it was more (common in some places but still). Also we were prioritized after another table that came after and asked after..AND the waitress said the machine was having issues with one of my friends cards so she just left (with the card intact) to run and plug it into the router claiming it had internet problems. She could have been charged twice but that is another issue..

I am all for second chances but i wouldn't come here on my own time only if invited by someone else.

TLDR: Save your gas, token, time, money don't go here unless you want to spend more than 2.5 hours...

Pasha is the best Turkish Restaurant in Toronto. I live next door to this restaurant. I can say this is a hidden gem thatany Torontonians should try at least once in their life tume. This really reflect the true atmosphere to just like in Turkey. All of their dishes are tasty. This restaurant by far is my favourite cozy and family friendly restaurant. They also do private events like birthday parties. I attached a picture of the authentic Iskendar Kabob (served on Fridays and weekends only) with a fries on the side. Wow delicious and tasty. Also, I had Kenafah desert made fresh served hot with pistachio and or vanilla ice cream on the top. Previously, I tried all their other dishes. Trust me this is the Their staff are amazing. They got lots of parking

Very disappointed in the lack of effort and quality. The food is sub par at best. The "veal" smells and tastes like ground lamb. When I brought this to their attention they servers told me it was a mix of beef and lamb, then the manager came out quickly to deny it. Feels like they are mixing beef and lamb and calling it veal. Took 45 minutes to prepare one skewer with a side of sliced onions (raw), couscous and prepackaged salad. Not to mention the $18 price tag for almost nothing. Half the menus is not available on weekdays. All that and they completely forgot my wife's order. Should have noticed the warning signs when we first came in and saw a man arguing about the food and time. Terrible representation of Turkish culture and food.

Let’s start with the restaurant, it has a great ambiance and relaxing environment. The food is very misleading, it says 2 sewers but I don’t think so. The portions are not reasonable for the price and the restaurant seems very stingy. We ordered the chicken breast and lamp sewers meal, lamp portions was suppose to be 2 sewers but they forgot 1 sewers, check the pictures. chicken was extremely salty.... I would definitely not recommend this establishment. The fries were drenched in oil, no salad dressing, hardly any garlic sauce and the salad consisted of cheap items like; old lettuce and red cabbage and onions. No one checked up on us and asked how the food was. High in sodium.... I felt sick after eating here.
