We ordered 5 Bombay Grilled Sandwich by doordash. The restaurant delivered simple frozen hash-brown sandwich not even grilled. Even the sandwich did not have cheese in that. We called at the restaurant, the owner was so rude and he tried to convince us that it has cheese in that. We showed him the sandwich on video call still he wasn’t agreed to that. He told us that this is the recipe which is not an excuse. This location is the worst location and I don’t even trust “Royal Paan” from now on. This location is not recommended. Worst food quality ever. Owner is trying to change the original recipe of the franchisee and fool the customers. This location’s reviews are fake and paid. We paid the full amount and got nothing in return. When we were trying to explain the issue, he was talking in a rude way and told us to do whatever we can. Despite being a simple recipe, it took them an hour to prepare the sandwich incorrectly. And the most important thing, I was trying to communicate with him in a polite way and in English but still he was talking to me in a different language and I was not comfortable with it. I visited with my friends on 13th august, order 4 burgers , a sandwich and pav bhaji. The food was worse. Staff is extremely unprofessional, took 25 mins to make 4 teas and eventually wanted me to take a mango falooda which was a left over from a previous customer, which i heard them saying about the order they prepared wrong. They wanted me to take that mango flavour whereas i ordered pista falooda which eventually i got to know that they made it out of stock all of a sudden. The food was bad service was bad staff is worse and customer service is worse. Even the staff keeps on eating some random stuff like paan while making the orders and the girl on the restaurant were without hairnet constantly setting their hairs with hands and ultimately serves with them without even wasting it.
