Honestly the Krabby Patty meal was a big let down. Came here when there were only 4 customers so expected the order to be done right. As mentioned ordered the Krabby Patty meal, before I get into the meal itself I had to get them to remake my order 3 times! First time they didn't put none of the toppings, just a Dave's double with cheese, second time they gave me a Dave's single with only lettuce, tomatoes and secret sauce(no pickles or onions), 3rd time I finally got it done right. Best part was staff arguing the first 2 times that they did it right when I had to pull up the promo to prove my point. Got a large pineapple under the sea frosty which was the highlight if they had put enough of the puree. They only put puree on the top and when I had asked for extra so I can add it myself, the manager tried to charge me instead of realizing that it does need an even amount throughout. If it was busy I'd understand but if there's only 4 customers in the entire restaurant then there's no reason why you should have to remake an order 3 times. Overall I spent $16.00 on a mediocre burger, large fries and a great frosty(if done right) for a Spongebob collab this sucks and I don't recommend...

My children mostly order chicken tenders combos and we do the burgers. now after i got home we noticed that we received 4 tenders not 5 , then tonight May 6,2021 we made the order of 5 chicken tenders combos and burgers . My husband comes home and we noticed now we have 3 tenders not 5. I dont think it's right to be penny pitching customers who are spending their money in a pandemic to support your company if your not going to follow threw on your service. I will never support your location every again and i hope to those who are having the same issues dont support them either. Read moreWhoever is working on April 7th 8:51 PM, Manager or employee or whoever picked up the phone when I called and told them my order has been wrong for a few weeks and all i did was ask for him to put in what they have forgotten for the last few months (literally a small gravy and small fry everytime) in the bag, has given me a disgusting hard time.. first, he hung up on me when I asked him to fulfill my last missed order, (he claimed I was abusive and disrespectful when I said wanted my last order.. check the phone “MANAGER”) then when I called back to ask his name, he hung up again. I could also hear giggles in the backround & him speaking his language to his employees or coworkers about me losing at least over 260$ added up from when I ordered from this stupid a$$ FAST FOOD PLACE 🙄 Somebody needs to do better because this is disgusting.
