Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. And its unfortunate because I've been there so many times out of convenience (live in the area), and will probably continue to go, but its because when its raining or snowing very hard, they happen to be very close.
Where to start.
Service - unfortunately the counter staff at this location need retraining. Having been going for months, its actually now the common experience to expect to wait 10-20 minutes to PLACE your order (this is when there is a lunch rush, obviously if no one is in the store you won't wait). For whatever reason, the staff take an order, send it to the kitchen, then make it, all before taking the next person in line's order. This is now how businesses, especially fast food should be run.
Supply - the majority of the menu is usually in stock, but for whatever reason, multiple times I've had my order taken only to be told AFTER payment that certain items were no longer in stock (ie. certain drinks, milk, nachos). The kicker - they cannot (or don't know how to) give refunds. The solution is to write people's name and number down on paper, and the next time they are in, if the item is in stock they get it for free. Unfortunately though, people who visit me from out of town, will never be back to get said items.
Drinks - they have one of those giant interactive touch screen coca-cola screens you'll find at Movie Theaters, where you can choose from dozens of different flavors. Unfortunately though, their goldstar drink, OG Coca-Cola has been empty on this machine on more than one occasion. Actually most times I go, there's at least a few flavors (greyed out on the screen) that are running low or empty.
Food - probably the consistent good thing here, which is why the review is 2/5 instead of 1/5. Burgers are always cooked well, fries crispy and not overdone and the chilis, salads and nuggets are also...
Read moreThe food is good, it was to be expected from any Wendys, but the customer service is definitely the worst I have ever had , all the staff had a bad face and seemed like they didn't want to be there, (I like to be nice to everyone, everyone deserves respect and I've worked in customer service so I understand what it's like to go through difficult customers) I was very friendly and the cashier had a face that hated the world and the others were too tense and had moody and The service was fast and the girl reluctantly gave me my cup of soda, so I went to the soda machine and nothing came out and she kept looking at me, I saw a girl sweeping and I asked her why the machine wasn't working. And she told me - it's out of service, you should ask them to give you the drink...
I didn't understand why the cashier did this, giving me the empty glass and staring at how i tried to use the machine without telling me anything that the machine wasn't working and that I should have asked her for the drink.
when I checked my order , the fries had a portion that was too small. and three completely black potatoes, as if they were burned or in bad condition.
no napkins no captsup, I got up to ask them for ketchup and and the girl reluctantly gave it to me .
I know that sometimes it is difficult to be at a job but no one deserves treatment as bad as what this Wendys is giving. Hopefully the owners will do something about it and check what...
Read moreI don’t write reviews often but will where they owed (good or bad). I would give this 0 stars if I could. This location is incredibly racist - stay away!!
My fiancée just got discriminated against as the supervisor of this location stereotyped my fiancée thinking he was an Uber delivery guy. We ordered through the Uber eats app and my fiancée was simply trying to pick up our food as a customer. The supervisor started berating my fiancée walking him through the process of how to find the confirmation number for an Ubereats delivery. My fiancée provided his name and showed the order for pick up we made on the ubereats app, the supervisor was so rude back. The supervisor yelled and didn’t even apologize for his behaviour. My fiancée was born in Canada and has absolutely no accent, he obviously didn’t have an ubereats delivery backpack but the supervisor simply stereotyped him based on the colour of his skin. We live in the area and we will not be coming here again. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour of someone who is a people manger (they are supposed to lead by example) and brings shame to what our country is becoming. This kind of racism should not...
