The first few times I ordered pickup here, I was impressed-the food was delicious, well‑presented, and worth the price, even when pickups ran late. But today was completely different. The salad looked like something meant for the garbage: brown lettuce pieces, half the usual toppings, and thrown together haphazardly .

It feels like this place, like so many others, is running on a skeleton staff while charging premium prices.The two employees seemed (understandably) overwhelmed by the overflow of orders because there is clearly not enough staff.

Absolutely disgusting. I’ve been asking them to cover the food for more than a month after finding a fly in my salad. I even found hair one time. They’ve messed up my order and charged me a different price for the same order multiple times. I’ve just arrived to the store only to find 3 flies probably laying eggs on the food as soon as I walked in today. And the manager is never in the store to take complaints. However I did speak to the manager once and forwarded my complaints to her multiple times. Nothing has changed. Not eating here anymore.

I’m going to be honest, this place is pretty bad. This is my first time trying Forest Hill Farmhouse and I’ll probably never go back.

Over $20 for a bowl that is primarily quinoa/rice. 2 small rock hard falafels, and a few veggies. I asked to sub tomatoes for cucumber and was charged for the sub. I’ve never been to another place that charges for a substitution that’s of equal value.
