Someone from corporate should come and spend some time in this location to train and assist streamline operations. In the 20 minutes I stood in line (yes, 20 minutes with 4 people ahead of me), 6 people had issues. Ignored for 5 minutes standing at the counter. Received the wrong beverage, then argued with that he ordered a Coke Zero when he wanted a Coke. Had to repeat his order 3 times before understood. Got the wrong order. Made to wait for presenting a $50 Canadian bill. Had to return after getting home from drive thru to discovered a missing item. Asked for a Manager 4 times before a manager appeared!
This location lacks a sense of urgency and a commitment to customer service.
The managers set the tone with zero customer service skills.
All emphasis is on Drive Thru with counter customers ignored.
The restaurant is filthy and washrooms unacceptable.
No dining room attention with customers required to wipe their own tables.
The self ordering kiosks have been âOut of Orderâ for weeks! I suspect because they canât manage the flow when people self order.
UpdateâŚ5 minutes after posting this review, a regular customer came in and was astounded that the service was extremely bad today. Asked to speak to the manager⌠After several request, the manager showed up. Got the gentlemanâs order together and whisked him out the door to reduce further disruption. Then, you could overhear the manager justify the poor service with his staff! This is the reason this...

I took the 2 young girls I care for here yesterday for a treat dinner and will never go here again, same for the directly associated Tim Hortons.
The seats in the lobby are literally falling apart. The holes in the seat cushions are probably filled with food and germs. Every table had food and/or garbage all over or under them, including the one we had to sit at. The bathrooms smelled disgusting and one of the stalls had the front of the toilet paper dispenser ripped off of it and it was laying on the floor.
It still gets so much worse. Don't go to this establishment.
The front counter server was quick, polite and helpful. Unfortunately behind her, a woman was swearing and raising her voice to complain about another staff member not preparing salads. Considering the kids I was with were under 5, this was upsetting. Upon receiving my two kids meals, I looked inside the bag and saw a dark colored hair just sitting on top of the fries. The above mentioned server fixed the issue by remaking everything in the bag and kindly brought it to our table.
While I was waiting for the food to be remade, another woman was at the register returning her food and placing a complaint of some sort as well. She was then further upset by the server who placed her hand inside the customers cup to pick it up and fill. One displeasing thing after another here.
Unfortunately the one friendly person at the register was not enough to ever have me step foot in this...
Read moreI recently tried the Frosty-ccino at Wendyâs and was very disappointed. Its consistency, texture, and appearance are more like a regular iced coffee, lacking the thick, creamy quality of a traditional Frosty. I initially thought there was a mistake and brought it back to the counter. They re-prepared it but only added more flavoring. Frosty is not just a flavoring; itâs an experience.
The original Frosty was developed by Wendyâs founder Dave Thomas in 1969 to be a unique dessert that was thicker than a milkshake but not quite ice cream, requiring a spoon to enjoy. Thomas wanted a dessert that mimicked the extremely thick milkshakes he loved as a kid, served at a temperature that maintained its distinctive texture and creamy consistency.
The Frosty-ccino fails to align with these goals in several ways:
Consistency and Texture: The Frosty-ccino is thin and watery, more like a regular iced coffee, completely missing the thick, spoonable texture of the original Frosty. Appearance: The drink looks like a typical iced coffee rather than the rich, creamy appearance of a Frosty. Experience: The Frosty-ccino lacks the special, nostalgic experience of enjoying a Frosty with its unique texture and creamy consistency. Simply adding flavoring doesnât recreate the Frosty experience.
If youâre expecting the classic Frosty experience, this drink isnât for you. The Frosty-ccino is a letdown for anyone seeking the nostalgic, original...
