I waited for more than 30 mins for only 2 drinks and a pancake.

1st drink dragon fruit bliss taste like rotten fruits soaked in overnight Sprite. With the dragon fruit smells very bad.

2nd drink , sugarlime watermelon juice + Grape Agar was made correctly the 1st time and sent to another client who was confused what that drink was, but staff insist that was his, so that client took it and left. The 2nd time they made another drink + QQ noodle which does not look like or taste like Sugarlime Watermelon Juice, and the QQ noodle does not look like Grape Agar which should be round shaped. But the staff lady insist the drink was made correctly, and the topping was made correctly.

The 1st pancake was added with drinpping cheese with panstains, where I saw the staff put in after the pancake was packed, and she dropped it on the gound, saw me seeing it, so she started to make the 2nd pancake, the 2nd pancake's dough was still yellow and sloppy, and the cheese inside was still a room-temperature sqaure shaped cheese chunk.

Result: I got 1 rotten drink, 1 totally wrong drink, 1 raw pancake, for over 30 mins, with the 2 staff ladies were arguing in turns to prove they did everything right, only failed to acknowledge the delays and mistakes. Their attitude reflected that they are either unaware of their incompetence, or they are too irresponsible or in denial of the consequences of their own doing, either way it was pathetic, for themselves and for the brand.

I usually enjoy the variety of drinks at XingFuTang, but my most recent experience at their Fairview Mall location left me disappointed and concerned for my health.

On June 29, 2023, I visited the store and ordered a Large, less sweet, less ice Coconut coffee - a drink that was highly recommended on their menu. However, to my dismay, the beverage had a strong and off-putting taste resembling artificial flavoring, which was quite unpleasant.

What followed was even more alarming. Shortly after consuming the drink, I experienced severe nausea and even vomited upon reaching my home just a few minutes later. This incident has understandably raised serious concerns about the quality of ingredients used in their drinks.

In the spirit of fairness, I have reached out to XingFuTang directly with these concerns and am awaiting their response. I believe they should take steps to investigate the matter to prevent such incidents in the future.

While I have enjoyed their beverages in the past, this recent experience has significantly impacted my trust in the brand. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the establishment and a cautionary note for fellow patrons. I would advise everyone to be mindful of their own health when consuming products here until this issue...

Staff was so inattentive, I asked her questions about the drink menu and every answer she gave was irrelevant to the question I asked (probably because she had an airpod in her ear the entire time she was serving customers). Additionally she came back from a 5minute break (which I could only assume she used the bathroom for) and didn't wash her hands before starting to prepare the drinks and Waffle dessert I got. The matcha drink I ordered was so powdery and grainy that after every sip I felt like I needed to cough.

The price for their drinks are absurdly overpriced for the quality they give you, would not recommend coming here especially with all the other bubble tea store opitons around all the negative Google reviews they have speak true to the service and quality this...
