Subway — Restaurant in Town of Bridgewater

AT THE END OF THE ORDER WE REALIZED THE CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH MY GIRLFRIEND GOT WASN’T FULLY COOKED. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. When I went for a refund they didn’t even look to see if it was raw, just assumed I wanted another, and obviously they couldn’t care less they put out raw chicken. (EDIT: now the next day, I had gotten food poisoning from the pictured steak sub, puking all night. Absolutely despicable and disgusting.) It’s been a while since I’d stopped into subway, and I can say with confidence I won’t go back to this one in particular. Stingy with the veggies ASIDE from lettuce of course, the absolute thinnest subs I’ve gotten, all while at the same time the store was the most staffed I had ever seen with 4 people in at once, and even still they couldn’t seem to get orders out, and they didn’t bother asking if we were dining in or taking out, just took my money and slid the two sandwiches across the counter without a bag. I checked with some of my friends and colleagues and after only writing this review. This is One of the worst subway I ever visited. I ordered a Chicken Salad Bowl yesterday and they didn’t even fill it half bowl after I paid 11.50 $ . I asked them extra veggies and they didn’t even bothered about adding it. Worst customer service. When I ordered the same thing last time the same thing happened and I really didn’t care as maybe it was a mistake. But with this it is not a mistake they really don’t want to put veggies. I believe either they are lazy because they need to cut the veggies and seal it in a container or they are greedy. I used to get the same salad bowl from different places and they used to top it up for me with out even saying any extra veggies. I strongly believe that they are not running short...

Well I guess having it your way is a thing of the past. The new "signature" subs I was scolded for not wanting it toasted (as I was taking it to go and heat at home) . Also that the subs were to be made as listed no alterations. Including toasted. They made an "exception" for this time. So the sub was almost $20 and it was okay. The price was not okay. I'll stick to just a basic cheap cold cut if that's even cheap anymore. I used to enjoy subway when working on the road once in a while. Although I rarely have subway here in town, I doubt I'll be visiting this one after reading reviews online with hit or miss guidelines depending on the store if they'll alter the signature subs.
