Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Cochrane

NOT RECOMMENDED - TRY LOCAL INSTEAD The consistency of this restaurant is by far, far, far the biggest issue. Their Pizza can be great on one week, and terrible the next. They need to focus on training in the kitchen. I ordered a Philly Cheese and 2 others on our triple play. There is absolutely no chance they weighed any of the ingredients. The MEDIUM pizza was very small (shrinkflation) and I asked for double toppings on the Philly. I took a slice and picked it apart, there was barely SINGLE toppings, let alone double. Could not do it! I was in today and ordered the lunch special Pizza. I paid cash. The employee proceed to take my cash and give me the change wearing his rubber gloves. I noticed they were dirty and had figured he was working in the back. (Not the kitchen) He then proceeded to go to his work station and make a pizza for another customer. I couldn't believe it. Covid or no Covid, this was disgusting. I then let him know I was canceling my order and he went back in the till again and did give me my refund. I’ve ordered from here other times and let it slide because it was from a secondary business like Skip, the dishes or Uber eats. The last two times I ordered directly from here it’s been almost cold. The tracker says it’s on its way for so long. I don’t know if it’s just sitting on top of the oven or they try to deliver multiple orders at the same time but either way I feel like it’s unacceptable.
