Loved the manager! So friendly and was very helpful :) 5 stars for having a lot of options for a wide range of customers and a nice environment!

Random note that is a bit weird is that they don’t allow returns but do allow exchanges or gift cards. However, for a small business in Cochrane, I can see why this was implemented from a business stand point. So I’m ok with it! Just be sure you love what you are taking home :)

If you are a true size 16 they will have pants for you but I’m pushing 18 in jeans so that was not in the cards for me (always check with them though because things can fit different etc). However, i can fit a bit smaller on top and the XL sweaters were soooo cute and fit well! I will say that the XL shirts were a hit and miss (it could be that I like the styles that weren’t working for me though lol) Also, after trying quite a lot on, I did have good luck finding an adorable skirt and sweater to go with it! So what I’m trying to say is that as a plus size girly it will be difficult but you could find...

Pretty disappointed with this shop. Purchased a pair of pants here and realized they were manufactured incorrectly when I found the same pants in another shop. Missing belt loop. For how expensive everything is here you think they would check their product for manufacturing error's before they were put on the racks, and no, a belt loop didn't just rip off because there is no stitching in the area where it should be. Pants were also full price - not sale racked or reduced due to the missing loop I actually took the pants to the other shop and compared. I certainly will not be shopping here again for such lackluster quality at unreasonably...

I have been a customer for a couple years and brought my sister to The Paisley Boutique for a birthday shopping spree. We spent over $600 and they wouldn’t even give us the 10% birthday discount on one item because my sister wasn’t in “the system”, although I am, and we registered my sister that day. She was expected to go back that month and buy more to receive a 10% birthday discount. This showed no appreciation for our purchase or driving from Calgary to introduce a new customer. I have never received a discount for all of my purchases and this flat out “no” to a 10% ask for one item has lost me...
