Pho Anh Huyén II Noodle House — Restaurant in Town of Cochrane

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE.

I placed an order through their website for lunch and received a call from the owner of this restaurant telling me that they wouldn't make the food for anyone that has placed an order through their website because the person that runs their website won't give them the money, it is a scam and they are fighting. I obviously don't know details other than this, but I do know that they told me that over 50 customers have had this happen and that they have all had to dispute their charges through their bank. Here I am, now on the phone with my bank for the last 30+ minutes trying to get the charge reversed.

Note to the owner: Figure out a way to either shut your website down, or note on the main page not to use the order online link. Or if in the case you don't have any access at all to your own website, then utilize social media, or your google listing - or anything at all - to get the word out.

moved to Cochrane over a year ago, and the thing I missed most from moving was leaving behind the local Vietnamese restaurant. I really like the family-run restaurants where the staff start to recognize you and you can start to have conversations with the staff. Of course, the food has to be good too and it's always a nice touch if the staff remembers your order.

On my second visit to "Tony's" (the owner) restaurant, he greeted us with a big smile and a "hello welcome back." The food is really good, and if there is anything I want to change or add, Tony and his staff are more than happy to accommodate my requests. He is even brutally honest if I want to try something "new" and will let me know if I'll like it or not!

This is a small place, but it's neat and clean. Tony is always smiling and we have always had good food and we love the spring rolls.

This was a really funny dinning experience. The food wasn't bad ( not great either), but the overall experience is just weird. The owner guy sits in the middle of the dining area in his shorts and watches loud videos in his own language on his phone or tablet or whatever, only hollering to the kitchen when you order, but otherwise just sits there ignoring you and making you feel like you are in his home and space. The trays on the tables look like they haven't been washed in months even though they are the easiest thing to run through the dishwasher in two minutes. I wouldn't recommend, I don't know how they are in business to be honest. Maybe their other food is amazing...
