Awful food & terrible service, would give 0 stars if possible.

First time back to the island and Frosty Treat since 2014, it was definitely much better then.

To start the older lady that took our order was very rude and unpleasant.

I ordered the seafood platter with mashed potatoes, I wouldn’t call it seafood just a deep fried battered mess, the fish was dripping with oil, the scallops were edible in fact that’s the only thing I ate. The mashed potatoes taste like plastic and the side of gravy I ordered didn’t help at all, I drowned them in gravy but still couldn’t make them edible, they should be ashamed to serve these in PEI a province famous for their potatoes.

My spouse got the burger combo and said that was edible but definitely not worth the money. The burger was overcooked and dry.

Our order was over $60 for a seafood platter, burger combo, deep fried Mara bar, 2 plain burger patties for the dogs and 2 drinks. Next time we will save our money and go to McDonald’s if we want garbage food.

There sign says “don’t drive by, drive in…” but believe me you’re gonna want to DRIVE BY, find a better place unless you like...

Best ice cream in prince country, never a complain about going for ice cream but don't waste your time in the dining room

Twice we went to eat there and both time the same thing.

An hour wait for french fries and watching people that come in after us being served first. We had to get up and go get our own menus.

The waitress is rude, dont for the life of you ask for water, it makes her angry.

When you go to the window for ice cream you have 4-5 young girls all happy and not doing much, but in the dining room you have one cranky lady left to do everything on her own. (Taking orders, cleaning tables, serving food and drinks) management should really spread staff around. No wonder the waitress is cranky.

Sadly we have experienced this twice now and both decided not to return, cost of living is too high now to spend money where it isn't worth it, or better yet; where they don't appreciate...

Used to come here as a kid and was excited to bring my family but the place is not what it used to be. The staff were very rude and miserable. I asked the older woman what peanut butter, fudge, crunch ice cream consisted off and she replied sarcastically “peanut butter fudge and crunch” I literally had to ask her what the flavour base of the ice cream was. Then she made us soft serve cones and handed us the cones melted- not sure if that was her intention but the machine was not set to the proper temperature which should be modified if they specialize in ice cream, I asked her to make me a new cone and the young girl handed me a cup.. over priced and under serviced if you ask me. Better to go to twin shores camp ground or deckers better quality for a better price with great service unlike frosty treat. Thumbs down. One star.
