“Last supper” on PEI, for our personal travelogue journey of 2 weeks & a day.

Brenda looked after us in splendid down to earth home-style way. We quickly felt at home, (as if with family & friends - no pun intended). Dinner was delivered in a matter of just a few minutes, made to order, super generous servings; special requests were addressed with that stereo-typical “can-do” attitude.

She looked after us as though we were her only charge, chatted on a personal level, such as neighbours might, any day of the week.

Prices were reflective of moderate, (for our times), while servings more than met the needs of hungry travellers.

Recommend this location, no caveats.

This is a great restaurant that I've somehow never noticed before. I was driving through Kensington and saw this relaxing, comfortable looking patio with straw umbrellas. Went back today for dinner and had a great experience. We had a great waitress -- didn't catch her name but was very friendly and recommended the grilled chicken sandwich. I loved the sandwich but we thoroughly enjoyed the spinach dip.

I was exceptionally disappointed with my meal today. We stopped in for lunch, it wasn't busy. We both got 2 piece fish and chips. The fries were good but very salty, gravy was also over salted. The fish breading was very bland, we both got it deep fried but the breading was still really soft and almost soggy. The meal was very expensive for what we got, and I left feeling like we wasted money. The final straw was finding lipstick ,that was not mine, on my water glass. I just felt dirty after that. Overall I would not go back and I would not recommend...
