Robins Donuts — Restaurant in Town of Kensington

Went there at 1530, to Robins donuts, with my sons to pick up some drinks and a treat for an afternoon snack. The line up and parking lot were empty. However, the speed of service for even a staff to come to the speaker at the drive thru was horrendous. When a staff finally came to the window, I placed my kids' orders, a smoothie and a donut each. We got to the window, and then, there was even another wait for the staff to come to the window. The staff did not greet us with a smile or even a hello. She merely stated the amount and hung the debit machine out the window. The total was wrong; I let her know this. It turned out that she had not rung in the smoothies. The price was then corrected, but then, there was another wait as my original order had not been rung in properly in the first place. She came back to the window and handed the items to me. I proceeded to say thank you, clearly and nicely. She shut the window in my face. She was rude and unfriendly, and it was clear that she does not like her job or like the people who she serves. Horrible service. Please note, it was not a busy time at Robin's when we went through the drive thru. No one was in front of us and no one was behind us, not until we were pulling away is when someone pulled up behind us.The lobby wasn't busy either. So, Robins can't say she was in a rush. It is her personality. My suggestion is for people who are rude and unfriendly, to find another job in another industry. The food was also dried and old. Not fresh At all. Will not go back there, ever. A disappointment indeed. Shame on Robins for not having...

Only reason I'm giving two stars is the place we well maintained and clean but staff wasn't overlay friendly and I asked a number a times for my order they even went over it for me and I confirmed it... still wrong so waited all that time for something I can't even drink or eat plus...

Gawd I miss not having Robin’s donuts in Ontario. Way better donuts, breakfast sandwiches AND coffee than Tim’s. The staff here this morning were wonderful and welcoming 😀 oh and they put napkins in your bag, unlike...
