Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Sylvan Lake

It tasted fine but the delivery man dropped our pizza and I said it was fine but he offered to bring another pizza. I told him it was fine but he insisted and said he would give me a call if there was any problems, it was just a little squished, but he said if he could he was going to. I was under the implication that this pizza would be free considering I said I was fine with the first one but he insisted. I was still charged 18$, the original order was about 30$, he then came back with another pizza which was perfectly fine but he then asked for 20$ which I no longer had considering it was my dads money, I felt bad but there was really nothing I could do and I never really needed another pizza. He then asked me not to order so late which I do feel bad for cause I didn't know wednesdays closed early and after saying that just ran off my doorstep, which honestly made me very uneasy. Very unclean place! This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I ever dealt with. We ordered three pizzas and my entire family and I fell sick, with diarrhea and stomach aches. You can smell the stale oil and ingredients the minute you step into the store. We notified the person at the counter and he didn't seem to care, and his manager didn't care either. The staff are very rude and have no respect for their business. I am surprised Pizza Hut is still allowing this store to operate under their name. Pizza Hut needs to monitor their stores and deal with the ones that are way down there. Needless to say, I will never order anything...

Indian Delivery guy was rushing us out , they told us that they only accept cash so we took the time to withdraw cash thats why the rest of the family was waiting inside as it was cold out . But the delivery guy keep on going back and forth to rush us out , i already told him we are buying pizza but he asked why is my dad going the way to pizza hut . very rude. we are new here and we are tourist from calgary we dont know that there would be no dining at all . he should have been more welcoming to visitors like us . wont be ordering or coming back to this...
