Exceptional Indian Cuisine – A Must-Visit in Sylvan Lake!

We had an amazing experience at Spice Junction and can’t recommend it enough! For appetizers, we ordered the chilli shrimp, calamari, and chicken samosa—each one was bursting with flavour. The chilli shrimp had the perfect kick, the calamari was tender and crispy, and the chicken samosa was golden, flaky, and filled with perfectly seasoned chicken. A fantastic way to start the meal!

For mains, we enjoyed the butter chicken, butter beef, beef masala, and garlic naan. Every dish was rich, authentic, and full of bold flavour. The butter chicken was creamy and comforting, the butter beef was incredibly tender, and the beef masala had just the right blend of spices. The garlic naan was soft, fresh, and perfect for soaking up every bite of sauce.

The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and you can tell the food is made with passion and traditional techniques.

I am not a big fan of eating outside. Always does when my wife insist.. I am from Edmonton and whenever we go out to eat, we regret. But but but, this place is out of the world. Food, customer service and environment is just amazing. We ordered chicken malai tikka for starter which was the best i’ve ever had in my life. It was softer than fish to be honest.. later we ordered kadahi paneer, daal makhni, garlic naan, raita and all of it was so perfect that I don’t even have real words to explain. On the top, they gave really good salad on the side which had beetroot, radish and other greens and was really good. It was my wife’s birthday and when I told about this to Kiran (staff), she brought a surprise for us which was so heartwarming ❤️ it was a candle on gulab jamun and crispy jalebis. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and genuine smiles. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, making it a perfect spot whether you’re out with family or friends.

The food was the real highlight—each dish was bursting with authentic flavors, perfectly spiced, and cooked with such care. Everything tasted fresh, and the presentation was beautiful too. You can tell the chefs really put their heart into the food.

Service was quick, attentive, and thoughtful. Our server made sure we were comfortable, checked in regularly without being intrusive, and had excellent knowledge of the menu to guide us through.
