A&W Canada — Restaurant in Township of Langley

Since I left a review a few weeks ago complaining about the terrible music that they play at this location when predominately most of the people here are 40 years old or older but yet we have to listen to 14-year-old teenybop music that has the worst possible lyrics , it looks like my request has been totally ignored. I’m just about ready to go inside and have another breakfast and that might be my last here because the regular group of middle-aged and older men are now going to congregate into the corner while they spew out all the foul language, and I’m hoping the management will say something about it, but I know they won’t because these men are very loud and I’m sure they can hear them, but they don’t want to offend anybody by telling them to stop swearing,

Well, I went inside and I lasted about five minutes. Of course the old farts are cussing up a storm again and think it’s a big joke to make it uncomfortable for everyone else in there and nothing is done about it and we’re listening to the same bebop music. I will not be coming back here again.

I’m sure there’s another A&W in Langley. I can make my favorite. It’s nice to know that a valued customer and that’s what I have been coming Here. Many years is totally ignored, just goes to show you where our world is heading. If you have younger children, I don’t advise you to bring them for breakfast here. they will be bombarded by a bunch of old fogeys that have no class.

You will be able to tell when they’re here because they all back in their vehicles in the parking spots, because only real men know how to back up their vehicle, they’re better known as Rambo’s.

Real disappointment that this A&W does not care about long-term customers. These old farts don’t even buy breakfast. They just have a coffee in the morning, big spenders with big mouths.

Once I left, I did a Google search and found an amazing place that has an incredible breakfast and they’re open early, great price is great portions excellent service, and the music is a little of everything which I can handle! Highly recommend. Just Google Cora Breakfast and Lunch!

Have been to this location on several occasions. The last 2 times has left me surprised by the Owner/Management style of this location. There is either a real greed for profit shown or a complete lack of empowerment provided. The first time, the special for $2.50 bacon & eggers were ordered through the drive through. The representative inquired if cheese was desired and I responded it would. At the pick up window the total payment was taken and since the amount seem greater than advised, a receipt was requested. I was charged 75 cents for each slice of cheese on all 3 of the bacon & eggers. When I inquired about the price, the representative responded that "She doesn't set the prices!" & despite my obvious unsatisfactory reaction to this, shoulders were shrugged, food was given and the window was closed.

This morning, I thought I would try again, and drove through & ordered 3 bacon & eggers again. This time there were priced at $4.69 each with cheese and requested 1 without cheese. No discount was shown. At the pick up window, comment was made to the representative as to the high price & that when cheese is requested it is 75 cents but when cheese is not ordered there is no discount? Again pretty much the exact same response was provided, no apology, no offer to speak with anyone. Just a shrug of the shoulders, here's the food, & closing of the window.

Won't be back to this location and probably will not stop at...

In case you haven't had the opportunity to visit this wonderful place, I am here to tell you that you just need to because you will be treated in a very kind and friendly way here.

Especially with their Amazing staff members that work here.

And their very multi talented in getting your orders right, the very first time.

You just have to eat here.

The staff here are Incredible and Super Amazing people too.

The Staff members for the day shift are: Leslie, Annabelle, Raj, and Kyle, and Marshal comes in during the weekdays as well.

It's my favorite place to eat at in Langley, B.C. Canada., and their coffee here is Simply Delicious.

I always order my food and coffee here by asking them to make it a Fresh order, which means it will always be Hot.

If it's not, they will happy to make a fresh order for you and they will also put on a Fresh pot of coffee for you as well.

I really do like the wonderful staff here, that's why I keep coming back, because they're Genuine and Real.

Leslie, is Amazing, and so is, Marshal, Raj, and Annabelle, and the cleaning staff is always quick to clear a table and to wipe it down quickly for other customers to sit at there as well.
