Browns is a solid Langley option for weekend brunch, lunch or dinner; the problem with this location is that it's their area test kitchen, so menu items that you fall in love with might last only a short while--RIP tuna tacos :( At night (especially weekends) the place is pretty sports bar-ish, but my husband and I love coming for their brunch (usually the dining room is quiet and the tvs less obnoxious). I am a big eggs benedict addict, and I always surprise people when I tell them that one of my favorite eggs bennies in Langley is at Browns; they have a very nice hollandaise, and use prosciutto instead of the traditional ham slice, which gives it a bit of a foodie edge. They used to serve it with goat cheese, which was a great choice since the sweetness cut the saltiness of the prosciutto just perfectly, so the current version of the eggs benny is definitely not as delicious as it used to be but it's still a good Langley brunch option.

Haven't been to Brown for a very long time Customer ⏲️⏳️ ⚠️ 📢 Pros: Food: Had the BLACKENED CHICKEN FETTUCCINE and a BELLINI 🍝🍸 - Pasta, I love super Alfredo tasting and wasn't too dry, which I enjoyed, but... see below. - Atmosphere and vibe on a Friday is lit, definitely a place to go for drinks with friends. - The music is a quite range so throwback songs to newer style. - Can definitely watch the game here if you're a sports fan. - Quite spacious with my option from booth to tables or bar side. - The waitress was very nice and tentative, which was great since I came on my own. - I did have my laptop, and the internet was a great speed for guests to connect to. Improvement: - The pasta's chicken was too heavily seasoned, in my opinion. - As well, for the full order, it felt like there wasn't much chicken compared to pasta ratio. -Bellini was a lot sweeter than most bellini's I had but still was manageable tasting.

I got a full Caesar salad without the chicken. It was small and nothing special about it. Very overcharged price for what it was. Gf got a side Caesar with her soup and it was the exact same size. And yet her soup, Caesar and garlic bread came to the same price as my tiny Caesar. That, plus the waitress never came by to offer me more water or any drink annoyed me. I drank my GFS water instead until I realized there were 6 little lemon cells on the inside of the glass. The glass never had lemon in it and so they were clearly from poor cleaning of the glass. Overall, the experience just reminds me of why I don't go to these bland restaurants made for boring people.

We visited here on the weekend. My dad wanted to take our family out as a treat, something we rarely get to do. He called and made a reservation for 9 people and clarified which location as we live in Maple Ridge but only the Langley restaurant had availability for that large of a number. When we arrived the hostess said sorry we don't have your reservation it must be another location and brushed us off. We confirmed the number that was called for the reservation and it was the right restaurant and still the hostess said we don't have your reservation. I have never met someone so absolutely rude and never at a restaurant. We continued to ask if they could fit us in but she did not seem at all interested in helping us. Then we were told to wait outside as another person attempted to help us. It was freezing and then they kicked us outside of the restaurant as we were taking up too much room. I was appalled at how rude and unhelpful the hostesses were! We tried calling other restaurants but of course on a Saturday night they were all full. Eventually they found 2 tables (we had to sit across from each other) but again the hostess was absolutely rude about bringing us to the new seats. I would highly recommend anyone booking here to receive a confirmation and make sure your reservation is confirmed for larger parties. The waitress was lovely and extremely good at her job which made our experience much better and I thanked her for making out night better. They did comp our appetizers which was appreciative and the meal was excellent. However, I will not be returning to...

Exceptional Service from Chloe and Zach! Our dining experience tonight was truly outstanding, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible waitress, Chloe! From the moment we sat down, Chloe was attentive, friendly, and remarkably fast. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and made sure our drinks were always refilled and that we had everything we needed. What truly impressed us was her attention to detail and genuine care in ensuring our food was absolutely top-notch. Beyond Chloe's exceptional service, we were also delighted by the visit from the assistant manager, Zach. He personally delivered our food, which was a lovely touch, and his friendly aura was truly infectious. You could immediately tell that he takes pride in the restaurant and his team. His warm demeanor and genuine smile made us feel incredibly welcome and valued as customers. The seamless service we received from both Chloe and Zach speaks volumes about the quality of this location and the dedication of its staff. The speed and efficiency of the entire team were impressive, making for a truly enjoyable and stress-free dining experience. Thanks to Chloe's amazing service and Zach's friendly welcome, our party is already planning our return visit next week! You have a fantastic team, and Chloe and Zach are shining examples of excellent hospitality. We look forward to dining with...

My husband and I took my parents out for dinner here a few weeks ago because the Keg was at capacity. The cheery fellow who seated us was an absolute delight. Our waitress on the other hand was completely disengaged, seemed bored and bothered, and could not have been less attentive. We ordered appetizers, she brought them, left, didn't come back to check in. She came back and cleared our table of the appetizer options and left as quick as she could without taking our dinner order. We had to flag the host to get her to come back -so we could order. When we finally got our meals we needed some salt & condiments - again we had to flag someone else down to go and get her. We could see her standing and chatting by the kitchen entrance with other staff - not looking at her section at all, and again we were presented with a bothered attitude every time she had to come over to the table. I really wish I could remember her name, but I'm positive it started with a J and she wore glasses. The ONLY time she attempted lively conversation was when it came time to pay the over $200 bill. And the ONLY reason I left a tip was because I work in the service industry also and understand how tip out works. If the tip was based on her service it would have been nothing. Sorry Browns, the food wasn't bad, but we will...
