I ordered waffles with my family today as usual. We live around here and every time we visit the mall here, we get bubble tea or waffles with my family.
A little kid who looked like 10 to 13 was working as a casher. Looks like he's the son of a cafe owner here. I don't know if it's legally possible for young kids to work.
After ordering the waffle, I was eating it sitting on a chair in front of the café and asked for a cup because I needed a drinkable cup, and a child who works as a casher called an adult next to him, but she said I could pay it with a very firm look on her face. Before I paid, I felt terrible about her expression. I tipped it, and I hated the look on her face so much that I wanted to retrieve it.
It's a place I always visit, but I won't be visiting anymore. My family doesn't go to places with poor service, no matter how attractive they are. I'm sorry I've experienced this.

Read moreI used to absolutely love this place and would order taro milk teas weekly—it was my go-to treat. But sadly, the past two visits have been really disappointing. The first time, my taro milk tea had zero flavor—it literally tasted like slightly sweetened water with some color. I thought maybe it was just a one-off.
But today, it happened again. We were given slushes instead of milk teas, and when we pointed it out, they acknowledged the mistake and gave us milk teas—but even those were completely tasteless. It feels like something has seriously changed with their recipe or preparation in the past two weeks, and not for the better.
I'm really sad to leave a negative review for a spot I used to love, but quality needs to return to what it was. I hope they can fix whatever’s going on, because I’d love to come back if things improve.
Also the staff was talking about us badly in their own language in front of us thinking we don't...
Read moreStepping inside, the air is warm with the scent of golden waffles, crisp on the edges, soft in the middle—pillowy clouds of sweetness. The first bite melts, a perfect dance of crunch and chew, absolutely delicious. The boba is a perfect harmony of textures—chewy pearls that burst with flavor, tender but firm, each one a delightful surprise. The boba peals glisten, shiny black in the light. As the cool, creamy tea dances on your tongue, the boba adds a subtle sweetness, popping with every sip, leaving behind a refreshing, satisfying finish. It’s the kind of treat that makes you want to savor every drop, each bubble an indulgence of pure joy. Bubble Waffle Café isn’t just a snack—it’s happiness in every bite, comfort in every sip. The portion of food given with the price is most reasonable. The bubble waffle may seem expensive for a waffle, but it is very big and delicious, which makes it worth it. The employees are very nice...
