New York Fries Willowbrook — Restaurant in City of Langley

I recognize that this restaurant is a food fair stall, but the manager was so appallingly rude and unhelpful to her struggling staff that I was compelled to write this review. The restaurant was incredibly busy and the manager was the only staff member serving food because the other employee was running the cash. There were a lot of families with children waiting for their orders (because it was a holiday from school) while the manager walked slowly to and fro, took phone calls and pretended to be making fries when there were clearly enough fries ready to serve the families who were waiting patiently. The manager declined to provide her name or the name of the franchise owner. However, I was able to find the name of the owner and have reached out to provide feedback. If I could, I would give the manager zero stars and the other staff member (a very young, obviously poorly treated woman) five stars. I had an amazing experience at New York Fries on Wednesday evening thanks to the outstanding service provided by one of the staff member, She was incredibly polite, professional, she was tall, and wear glasses and genuinely friendly. From the moment I placed my order, her attention to detail and warm demeanor made me feel like a valued customer.

She was quick to answer my questions about the menu and even recommended some great options, which turned out to be delicious! The way she handled the busy counter while maintaining her composure and a smile was truly impressive. It's rare to come across someone who balances efficiency and excellent customer service so effortlessly.
