Fatburger Willowbrook — Restaurant in Township of Langley

I always order the mushroom Swiss burger. Previous order they were too big for me finished so last visit I just ordered one and cut in half. But this time it was smaller than usual. Less mushroom. The fries were good and the chicken wings.

The store was dirty. The tables were dirty. We had to clean it by ourselves. We sprayed sanitizer. The staff and manager were on the phone. I watched the staff who is preparing the order if she will wash her hands and wear gloves. She didn’t wash her hands and wore gloves. She toasted the bun and took the cheese with her bare hands after being on the phone. I called the attention of the manager. That’s the time she wore the gloves. They reasoned they haven’t started making the burger it’s fine with no gloves??? I think they don’t know when to wash hands and wear gloves. The moment you start preparing the order this should be followed. Toasting the bun touching cheese frying the fries or chickens you need to wash hand and wear gloves. That’s none negotiable when you are in a restaurant preparing food. Raw meat like chicken can cause cross contamination. Hope food safety should be a priority and re trained the staff regarding this. Order a baby fatburger ... menu said $9.99 asked to combo it up...menu said $4 for fries and drink...asked for cheese...$1.19.... When the lady punched in my order I was charged $11.99 for burger, $1.19 for cheese, $1 for medium fries and $3 for a drink... I paid with my debit card...after the receipt printed I noticed a different price shown on burger...menu price was $9.99 and I was charged $11.99...I asked the lady why she charged me $11.99 for thr burger and she tried to tell me whe. You order a combo it makes it $11.99 long story short her explanation did not make and sence, the manager was also trying to agree with her over this...anyways they gave up and gave me the $2 difference back and I ended up with a small fries instead of a medium.. it's not about $2 it's about the principle....what a joke what happend to the customer being right...what happend to honesty and integrity....will not be eating from this...

I am a regular customer from the Guildford location and i absolutely love the staff, food and atmosphere but when i came into this location i was extremely disappointed the seating area was disgusting the tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped all day the service was okay. I ordered the boneless wing taster when i received my order i noticed the “boneless wings” were actually chicken tenders chopped into pieces i brought this to the owners attention but she said they had always been like this but as i go to the other location their boneless wings are actually what boneless wings should be. Not being dramatic at all but these “wings” were disgusting they were dry had barely any sauce and were extremely chewy i had to force it down as it was an expensive meal but i will never return to this location again.
