Over-rated go elsewhere, not worth being their ginny pig to find their faults and mistakes at your expense. Over oiled food, vegan is useless they have no consistency in there recipes, always comes out different and you have to forget with their mistakes. Stay away from appys too 99% are pre-made, reheated and stale.
Ordered the Bhartha many many, many, times on a weekly basis and I asked for spice to be inbetween medium and hot. Pretty clear to understand, you'd thnk. Many times they made it perfect with just enough spice I like to leave that hot after taste on your palate, wanting you to comeback. Now in the last month they have new front staff and am guessing probably new kitchen cooks also. When I ask for medium to hot spice (above medium and below hot, inbetween), it's cooked as "gora bland" medium, basically very little spice There absolutely no consistency in the food.
Am guessing if you go Friday, Saturday, Sunday when they do 80% of their business maybe it's different then Mon, Tue, Wed and Thurs. I already know the reply they'll give me in advance that I am wrong. So be it, don't listen to me, believing the "customer is always wrong".
Not just that, another time I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and Bhartha. Well low and behold the Bhartha had the Chicken Tikka Masala sauce in taste and flavor. The only conclusion I could come too was that they cooked it in the same pan. Not satisfied, but I still came back, it didn't get any better thereafter.
Used to be good before for first few visits and even better when it was Vaadas in North Vancouver. They made the best Baingain Bhartha at some point. Since they moved to Langley its gone down hill with just more glitter and lights for show and lower quality.
It takes effort to write this when I just let things go before cause I couldn't be bothered to complain, thinking maybe it was a one-off, realized it's not save your headaches and go elsewhere. They are not the only indian restaurant within a 10 mile radius, there are many better...

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and guided to a cozy booth—comfortably spacious for four—that immediately set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable evening.
We began with a round of tandoori starters that were impeccably prepared—smoky, tender, and full of well thought marinade. For mains, we opted for the classics: dal makhani, malai kofta, and Amritsari kulchas. The gravies on both the dal and kofta stood out in particular—rich and flavorful, yet somehow retaining a comforting, home-style character layered with that indulgent dhaba essence.
The Amritsari kulchas were a clear highlight—arguably the best I’ve had in the Fraser Valley. Perfectly crisped on the outside and soft inside, with a generous dollop of butter and stuffing they were the ideal accompaniment to the gravies. Service was stellar throughout, with thoughtful check-ins and small touches like pickled (sirka) onions that added a nostalgic punch and rounded out the experience.
For dessert, I tried the Ras Malai Parfait—a creative medley featuring gulab jamun and ras malai, layered and topped with cream. It was playful yet indulgent, bringing together the richness of traditional Indian sweets in a modern format.
Overall, the meal hit all the right notes expected of the vibrant Indian palate—bold, balanced, and deeply satisfying. Huge kudos to Muskaan and the kitchen team for not just getting everything right, but for going the extra mile to make us feel truly taken care of. We’ll...

It was my first visit and I have been curious since they opened quiet a while ago. So, I asked the helpful lady who served me that evening what she would recommend for me out of the 5 dishes I could not decide between. I so enjoy trying what another person likes to eat, it's a way to experience new things that also brings strangers together. Everyone should do this at least once. ;) I choose medium heat for my Railway Mutton Curry (goat is so so delicous). This is often a difficult decision when eating outside of your personal ethic experience. I enjoy spicey food and I think next time I will ask for more heat. I had a few questions about the dishes and what made them different from eachother and I aslo asked about a couple of the sides. Sometimes it can be unnerving to be alone, try new things and be concerned about embarrassing yourself by not knowing what to eat something with. I'm not shy, so I asked. Lol It was a great experience to have such kind explainations. Thank you. The decor was pretty and even a bit elegant but not in a way that detracted from the welcoming embiance. Everything was clean and felt spcious for a smaller layout. I liked being able to see some of the bustle of the kitchen past the pass through and observe the comradery of the staff as they obviously worked together. There were enough washrooms for a busy crowd and they were well stocked, clean and tidy. Definitely a little gem here in Aldy! I would absolutely recommend India's...
