📣 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗠𝗬 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘 😔 I am not the type to say negative things or write up reviews online, but going to this Taco Bell was the worst experience of my life. I urge everyone else to avoid this place as the staff has zero manners and are highly disrespectful.
I ordered vegetarian tacos over UberEats but the restaurant packed BEEF. I am STRICTLY VEGETARIAN and have never had any meat in my whole life due to religious reasons. I ate the whole BEEF TACO as I was unaware that it was not veg. After I was close to finishing, my friend tasted my food and told me it is not vegetarian.
I was extremely heartbroken and upset as I am strictly vegetarian and cannot eat meat. I called the restaurant, however they were extremely rude and unapologetic about it. The Manager later gave the phone to the girl who made the order. They showed attitude and said that the restaurant was busy and that’s why they made beef taco instead. I told them it’s not as simple as that and that this was a huge mistake. She insisted that the restaurant was busy and that they can give a refund but was showing me a lot of attitude and was not apologetic or understanding at all. I did mention that they should read the order carefully because this isn’t just a small mistake that they made. The girl continued to be extremely rude and even said to me “don’t question my literacy” and told me to shut up. I felt extremely heartbroken and upset and just wanted to cry. I did feel more upset after that as that was extremely rude - firstly she made the mistake, then was rude and unapologetic or understanding of the issue. Later she swore at me, told me to “go f* yourself” and cut the call on me.
They messed up the order when I am vegetarian was already just so bad… but the fact that they were unapologetic and zero customer service skills was disgusting… not even just that, but they lacked basic manners and empathy.
Wish I could go back in time and never order from them again. Worst experience of my life. I urge everyone else to stay clear of this Taco Bell and go to another...
Read moreI've rated it badly in the past, as this is the most odd Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life, but honestly the people there have good hearts & are laissez-faire about letting people come in and warm up or get out of of the rain yet keep it family friendly except for 1, the bathrooms are constantly filthy, 2. The employees seem to not know that you don't put ketchup on burritos or nachos - that's for fries, & typically you'd need more than 1 sauce packet per burrito. If you're looking to cut costs try improving service time. 3. It's called fast food for a reason. However, there's wifi, it's warm and safe, it's open late and though slow it's maddening if you're in a rush or if you expect anything less than a 20-30 min wait. Very culturally unaware and honestly I will bet the district manager 25% of my salary that I will improve profits by 150-200% within 6 months if you let me handle some basic changes, keep the cool unconventional local stuff but make changes that'll take a primo location that's growing, apply some basic common-sense principles before basic business principles and I guarantee. In fact, contact me here. Manager, bring me in as a consultant and pay me 1/3 of your incentive and if you don't easily meet & exceed what you've been unable to achieve, I will refund you all but minimum wage. U want faster service peep Mucho Burrito right across the street. Need 2 get out of the weather? Trade in 5-10 of the cans out the shopping cart u parked out front & order a nacho or drink for a bone, respect the bathrooms or it will get locked & we'll tell the others who screwed up the place that treated u right & didn't trip when you went in to get yourself right. If you're from the hood, u know what it is, live by the code & the ppl there are good, good food & no BS attitude or refusal of human rights that'd cause all of us to duck behind the dumpster to do what we gotta do re: bodily functions. Read moreUnfortunately, all KFC/Taco Bell locations you go to in the lower mainland share the same slow/poor customer experience but this location is by far the worst, really save yourself some time and avoid at all cost. Most of their locations seem to be understaffed and their main focus is the drive-thru. They leave the dine-in customers last, let alone the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant which is deplorable state . Every time I've been to this place, you have lots of people waiting for their order, and people who want to order can't because the staff is already all backed up and panicking. This is not only unfair for the customers but the workers who have to juggle between items for 2 different restaurants. If you are delivering, be ready to wait a long time for the order, don't bother trying to talk to someone because no one will acknowledge you. I ordered online using their website and ordered to have it pickup up by 9pm. I arrived 9:10pm (to give them some time). Turns out they forgot about my order, since they had plenty of time before I arrived, they decided not to work on my order until later, but they forgot to go back to my order, so not only my order wasn't ready when I got there, but they didn't even try to squeeze in my order as the only person working on the Taco Bell side of the restaurant kept on working on the drive-thru orders and new orders and made me wait 20 minutes like the rest of the people there. My order was for 9pm and I left at 9:30pm. Is this reasonable for the service and overpriced food? I know inflation is going on, but paying for inflation and put my time on top of that, no way. These people are just going to break their business if they keep going to like this. Hire more people or keep KFC and Taco Bell in separate...
