UPDATE to 3 star from 1 - received a call the very next day from the store manager and received a full refund and apology. They were very busy and had a company wide system failure last night which clearly affected staff moral. This doesn't excuse how I was treated, but it does restore some confidence in this location as a whole.
Here is what I just sent to your corporate office, where I personally know several people and I may just end up placing a few personal calls if I don't hear back.
It all started when I called at 4:22pm to see how long an online order would take, I was told 20-25 minutes and told them I would wait a bit and order online. They did not tell me it could be a long wait if I wait. I ordered around 455pm and my order was going to be ready at 715. Online I was also told to click I am here in the email once I arrive. I never got the email, but my credit card was charged so I assumed all was well. I arrived at 715 and called the store, it took 3 tries of ringing to get an answer, then the lady very unsure sounding said she found my order on the screen and they were packing it up and she would bring it out to me. I remembered that I entered my license plate and car info to have the order brought to me so I said ok to her. Then 5-10 minutes later a lady comes out and waves to me pointing to the handicapped parking spots, so I moved my car there and kept waiting. 15-20 minutes later I finally called again and she said my food is sitting in the table outside. She never once mentioned this table before now which I asked her about, she started getting upset with me and I'll admit I did too. She hung up on me. I got out of my car and got my food for my wife and mother in law, being its mothers day it was my treat. On my way home I called several more times to find out why they aren't telling people about this table and to see if I could get some discount for my trouble. I was hung up on every single time they found out who I was. I was calm every time. The only name I got was not the lady that got irrate but she did also hang up on me, her name was Amanda. To top it all off, my wife's burger was VERY pink inside. She rarely eats burgers but loves yours, and she especially likes her beef well done. The store did not answer the phone again after calling again and again. I have a picture of the burger and I can give you the receipt info as well. The worst part in my opinion, is that this process has been done for almost 2 months now, and it's my first time picking up from white spot so I didn't know anything but what I read online which was my food was to be brought to me. All she had to do was mention it to me and the first call, but she didn't. She even said, "it's being packed up right now, and then I'll bring it out TO you." she didn't say bring it to the table, or bring it out for you to get, or anything that would indicate I had to do something on my part. I'll be leaving a negative...

My girls and I went out for a great breakfast time.
This White Spot is not welcoming. As being a person of colour, I felt very uncomfortable. All waitress are seniors. They should not have waitress who do want to work and only complain and roll their eyes.
There was four of us and I requested a booth seating than where we were given. The waiter said loudly of you want a wider seat , she stated it loudly twice, our seat there’s isn’t very much.
I said excuse me? What are you trying to imply ?
She said is that the reason why you want another seats.
How can someone just assume something, 2. Reason of us wanting a different sitting area because my mom was not comfortable sitting at a small table.
I ordered a class Benedict it was not tasty it was cold and my potatoes were tasteless burnt and they gave me the end pieces like the left over. (Attached images) the a bunch of small crispy unwanted pieces .
We all won’t be coming to this locations anymore. Please do not hire senior waitress, because they can’t act normal and simply do their job. They might as well just stay home and pickup OAS
Just because you’re having a bad day, PLEASE DONT MAKE OTHERS DAY BAD.

Now, over the year’s the food has improved (we used to get Chicken, Broccoli and Cheese Curry served cold in the center). The menu is pretty standard. Burgers, Sandwiches, fish and chips (their club house is good!) with a few seasonal items thrown in (I miss my Buttermilk Chicken and Brie Sandwich :( ).
Where this location fails is the service. It’s not consistently bad, nor is it consistently good. It’s mediocre. So, you start to debate whether or not you should complain, and that frustrates me. If it was bad all the time, I could easily complain in efforts to get management to fix it. If it was good, I’d eat there more. But the servers are not very attentive, and they seem to be forcing happiness. I don’t know if this is due to bad management, or being overworked, but it’s noticeable.
Other than that, it’s ok. Would I recommend eating there on a consistent basis? Not a chance. Would I say avoid it? No. Like the service, it’s mediocre so it’s your call.
The only thing I do recommend, is that you don’t go on a busy night. Dinner on a Tuesday? Sure. You’ll have a decent experience. Dinner on a Saturday? Get ready to be...
