Pizza Farm — Restaurant in Truro

If I could give a zero rating for this experience I would. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’m not sure what I’m more disappointed in, the quality of food I received or the absolutely terrible way it was handled when I called about my delivery. I’ve been a customer of Pizza Farm for over 20 years. As someone who grew up here and now lives outside of the Maritimes there has not been a time that I come into town where I do not order garlic fingers from Pizza Farm. Like any other time I ordered a regular garlic fingers. Usually they are delicious. Greasy yes… it’s to be expected, to a degree that is. Although, today’s order was soaking in grease. The bread was completely saturated with butter. When I called to question what happened and why they were so greasy I was received with, “What do you expect, they’re butter and cheese on bread.” Obviously I know what they consist of I’ve been ordering the same thing from your establishment for decades. But when I pay $26 for a medium garlic fingers and delivery I would hope that it would be edible. And I would also hope that when one calls a business with a concern that it would be taken seriously. Apparently management said there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t speak with me. Sadly as someone who’s always raved about Pizza Farm and how great they are this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. After being my go to spot for pizza and fingers for years, this will be the last time I ever get...

Extremely disappointed, horrible service and food. Ordered 12” pizza and 12” garlic fingers as advertised on their website as “pizza with up to works toppings and garlic fingers $23.95 plus tax” and upon delivery was charged $45. Called them back and was rudely told it was ONLY supreme pizzas when we were not told that after ordering the deal (only had a veggie pizza, which has less toppings than a works). Did not enjoy the garlic fingers and only ate three and did not touch the pizza. we returned to the store front to ask for a refund because we did not like the food, service and had paid way more than expected. The employee raised his voice explaining that it was not part of the deal so we said we did not eat the pizza and wanted a refund. only $9 was returned as the initial overcharge and the pizza was left there. Very rude person. I asked for veggie pizza and person said that I have to order it though I was standing there to order it. I thought it comes from somewhere and it will take long as I had a train to catch after some time. I ordered the cheese pizza slice in the rack and after eating some I found pepperoni in it. On complaining he just throw that pepperoni pizza and not given refund nor he was ready to make cheese pizza. I m vegetarian person from Hindu religion and even on telling that to him, he was replying so rudely saying it’s wasted and he can’t do anything about it.
