Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Uxbridge

Got horribly sick a while back from an extra large pizza.

Got contacted by the owner to explain the issue, the owner offered just a replacement pizza lol (what a joke). So I agreed to remove my original post. When I tried to collect the pizza owed to me, there was no mention of it at the store, when i tried to contact the owner they refused to respond.

I'm re reviewing this restaurant because i dont feel its responsible of me to not let the uxbridge public know how horrible the service is at this location.

I knew the previous owners personally, it's just sad that new people came in and ruined what used to be the best pizza spot in town.

Oh and for the owner. Next time you get someone sick I think you should offer a little more than just a replacement pizza, and if you're going to be a cheap skate at the very least you should honor your cheap excuse for a "sorry for making you deathly ill".

Very bad dominos location, I suggest a boycott so we can get a new owner...

whoever worked tonight was extremely awful to deal with. I ordered a pizza off my dominos app and when I had went to get it the door was locked and I sat outside banging on the window for 30 minutes before the guy working decided to actually do his job instead of TALKING ON HIS PHONE. I had called the store and banged on the window the entire time and he didn't even realize anything was going on because he was too interested in his phone call. if it wasn't for the older delivery man working my pizza would not have even made it off the oven so the guy working should thank him. totally unacceptable that after all that I still had to pay for my pizza.... did I mention he looked at me outside and just kept walking around on his phone? when I bite into my pizza it was cold as soon as I got it from sitting in the window for so long, he also did not put any sauce on my pizza. I am so extremely angered by this experience. I don't even want to give this place 1...

0 stars! This location lost my business. Worst customer service .. I’m 100% sure the turn over rate is extremely high and everyone I deal with on a weekly basis is new!!

No one at this location knows where GREENBANK is .. which is 10 mins away from you location…. The phone had to be passed over 3 times to get my address … (to deny my delivery..)

This location has delivered to me twice at their NORMAL delivery rate. Now all of a sudden it’s $13 because I’m too far. Once the excuse was there’s no driver. And today they couldn’t delivery to me because I’m outside the 11km radius.

At the end of the day I’d rather give my money somewhere else. I’m under the impressions the employees are telling me whatever sounds good that...
