Please read before going!!

I gave this restaurant two chances and it failed my expectations both the times. Somehow they pretend to be busier than they actually are.

First time when we went, they told us they were fully reserved and cannot accept us. Then i asked if we can sit at the bar, then they said yes. What??? And the funny part is we were at the bar for two hours and the whole place was still empty. So maybe ask the reservations ghosted them?? Also they forgot to bring one dish to us and charged us for that. We had to tell them to remove it from the bill. Also the skewer tasting menu was unavailable and we had come mainly for that.

Second time we got a table and we decided to try their skewers tasting menu. First they gave two less skewers. Second the server just dumped the heap of skewers on our table without arranging our telling us which one is which. So we were simply eating the greasy and salty skewers without knowing what we are eating.

The boiled beef had almost no salt.

Truffle seafood fried rice was the only good item we tried. And the ambience is nice. But management needs to change i think.

And even the second time the servers were acting so busy but the whole place was empty. The table next to us asked the server why is it taking so long for skewers and he said “they will come when they are ready”.

I am so sad about the service and taste of food here. I live very close by and was excited that this would be my go to place. But i am never going there again and recommend others to not...

The interior design and location is about all this place has going for it. I was really excited about this new restaurant but it was very disappointing. The service was very bad and lets not talk about the waiters hygiene the smell was almost unbearable. Took a very long time to order our food and the fact that they forgot to bring the rice we ordered with our meal was not good. When we finally got our food we were absolutely shocked at the portion size of our skewers. Each skewer had what appeared to be a table spoon of beef in them. Seeing how large the skewers are I would say it was far less than a quarter of the skewer in meat. They forgot to place napkins on the table and was no soy sauce in sight for the rice. The chicken was also very bad as they use cheap cuts of the chicken and tasted undercooked. Lastly, they ended up confusing our bill with another tables. Needless to say we'll never go back, especially since how much they charged. Also on the patio they have a bucket on the floor they throw all the garbage and used plates instead of bringing it to the back. Always nice to look at unclean dishes while trying to eat. I understand this is a new restaurant...

After passing this restaurant multiple times we finally decided to try it. Walked in and was seated, we waited about 20minutes for someone to come to us to take our order, with no assistance. The staff would look at us as they were walking by but did not approach nor acknowledge us. I know sometimes restaurants can be busy or short staffed however I don’t believe this was the case as a gentleman came in sat down for 5minutes and was serviced lol. After a while we got up and left, nothing was said to us by the staff. Not sure why the service was like this, we weren’t rude, we didn’t even speak with anyone after we were seated. Also, with the time we had waiting we were observing the restaurant. The decor was intriguing but what stood out to us was the immense amount of flys/fruit flys all around.
