Lululemon Corporate does everything in its power to restrict and limit customers' access to escalate issues and relies on poorly trained and unfriendly staff. I tried to escalate an issue regarding a return that was authorized due to technical issues. The original communication and instructions were poor and incomplete and seemed to be a cut and paste from an approved document. I wanted to talk to someone and was faced with a wall when I tried to escalate it. When I finally was contacted from Shane from the supposed 'Resolution Support Department' I found him to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and unwilling to have a meaningful dialogue with me and when I offered some constructive feedback in the way the situation was handled he was condescending and dismissive toward me. I have been a customer for a very long time and it seem the larger they get they less they are connected to their customers. It looks like the old fashioned 'writing a letter' will have to suffice.
