I first found Luis on Instagram and used his services for my 50th birthday in February. I was hosting a small happy hour at home and wanted just a few balloon clusters and some ceiling balloons — and Luis already did a fabulous job.

Six months later, I contacted him again for a much larger event: a 70th birthday party where I had reserved an entire restaurant for 90 guests. I had a vision in mind and shared it with L luis. He was happy to listen but also offered helpful recommendations based on the layout and ceiling fans of the restaurant, explaining how the balloons might behave. I trusted his experience and told him to go ahead with his own creative plan — and I’m so glad I did.

When I arrived at the restaurant before the event, everything was already set up perfectly. He had created beautiful strings of lights with balloons draped around the dining room, individual balloon arrangements with table numbers, and a stunning central display featuring a large “70” and “Happy Birthday” balloons. Everything was delivered and installed on time, and it looked absolutely amazing.

To make the evening even more fun, I invited guests who didn’t know what to bring to contribute to the “balloon fund,” which turned out to be a great idea — everyone loved participating, and the decorations made the entire event feel even more festive.

Luis was truly fabulous to work with, and I would not hesitate to hire him again. I highly recommend him for any occasion — whether it’s a small home celebration or a large...
