Bubble Waffle Cafe — Restaurant in Vancouver

Ordered online today 10:30am and received an email saying available for pick up at 10:51. Went there 10:50, windows locked and no one was in the store, waited another 10 minutes finally someone came in a rush and started taking orders. I was the third in the line and showed them my online order, and they told me to wait. Okay I exhausted my patience and waited another 15 minutes, people behind me were getting their orders but not me. I asked staff and only to be told that my waffle was STILL not ready. Yet another 10 minutes passed, felt like forever, they finally gave me my food, it was already 11:25. I ORDERED at 10:30 and it’s AN HOUR for me to get my food. AND Guess what, I took a bite on the waffle and it was cold. Wasted that much in my life to get a cold waffle. So my boyfriend and I went there for bubble waffles cause we haven’t tried them before so we went here. Unfortunately it was bad they washed their gloves on there hands with a dirty clothe while touching the food, the guy on the deep fryer was touching raw food with his gloves and then touching cooked food with the same gloves and then touching peoples bowls after, he then was shaking his hair over the peoples food. No hair nets no changing gloves that’s awful. I guess they don’t know what food safe is not going back again. They need Gordon Ramsey at that place it was horrible. Great place for lunch but they are inconsistent with the quantity of meats. For the dry noodle combo in particular, it's cut way too thin where the oil soaks into the spam more and negatively affects the taste. You can see the soup combo has much thicker slices but even in the soup combo you can see the two slices are completely different thicknesses.

Feel like the poor Micky Mouse GIF with these guys... Just have a normal slice of spam please and stop trying to maximize profits in this area. Really negatively affects the taste and impression.
