Ordered 4 drinks here: taro slush, coffee milk tea, hokkaido milk tea and tofu dessert. it was past midnight.

They do not listen to your custom order.

Everywhere else will make your order exactly how you like it. Not this one, they aren't very receptive of how you like your level of sugar, for example.

Their toppings also taste cheap. For instance, their bobba pearls are hard and plastic-like. Their coffee jelly is randomly cut soo small and tiny like half the size of the diced tomatoes in your salsa. Their grass jelly isn't authentic and again, taste like the cheaper version of the original one (original grass jelly is black and soft but theirs is a brown grass jelly that is harder and tasteless)

In the end, my drinks were WAY too sweet and even if they forgot my toppings it would have been fine...at least it's drinkable. It was a hassle to come back so I ended up not drinking them

Management and owners have changed, I would not recommend visiting this location as it has significantly gone downhill. Arrived around 4pm, it was messy and dark inside. Ordered 3 drinks, the lady that was working alone was quite slow and inefficient, when requesting to change the sugar level she was unsure if that was possible but the sugar and ice option was right in front of the front counter. The watermelon slush I ordered was practically a watermelon juice when it was served and when I inquired if it was a slush, she said that I should order it with more ice in the future. The taste was bland, they really skimped out of the watermelon. The pomegranate red tea we have ordered, had no red tea taste to it just water.

Overall, it’s sad to say that with the new management I do not recommend visiting this location. I would always go out of my way to order the same drinks here but with the increase choices of bubble tea in the city this would not be a place a visit for bubble...

Came here for late night bubble tea around 11:30pm on a Friday night! We were a group of eight people, and we got a table right away. It wasn’t too busy at all. Overall the vibe is very casual and easy going, not a bad place to socialize with friends!

The menu is very extensive. Everything from milk teas to fruit slushes, and at reasonable prices, especially compared with other places. I ordered the papaya fresh fruit slush. However, I was a disappointed by it - it was much too icy for my liking. I could taste the texture of the individual it’s of ice. It needed to be blended for longer or have more liquid added to it. I was also disappointed by the pearls. They were a great texture and a generous amount, but there was absolutely no flavor to them. Usually, pearls have a subtle sweetness because they’re marinating in sugar before serving. The pearls in my drink were tasteless.
