It takes a very bad situation for me to write a bad review but here it is. I have been a regular customer of this place for several months, almost weekly. The food is decent and relatively reasonably priced. Last night I placed an order through Uber Eats and cancelled it less than 7 mins later because I wanted to add something to it. I called this merchant first of course to make sure the order had not been started yet, and they confirmed. The result? I was charged for both the cancelled order AND the reorder I placed with my additions. This merchant washed their hands of the situation and told me to contact UberEats. UberEats told me that the "merchant had started the order so I was not entitled to a refund" which is NOT true as I had confirmed this with the restaurant at cancellation. In summary, this merchant will be paid for an order they did NOT prepare, and paid for the actual order they DID prepare! All in, I paid a total of $ 96.91 for sushi for two people. Both UberEats and the merchant handled this badly so clearly the blame is shared here, but the result is they (both parties) got paid for providing nothing which is at very least dishonest and very bad business, especially when directed at a...

If I could give half a star I would. The place is filthy, filthy, filthy. It should be shut down before someone gets sick. Most sushi bars I have been in they make the sushi right in front of you. I couldn't see anything being made. The glass covering the sushi fillings (seafood) was dirty & disgusting.

The female who took my order is the RUDEST, NASTIEST person & has NO PATIENCE.

NO TIP FOR BAD SERVICE!

When my order was ready to go - avacodo & mango rolls with sesame seeds only. No wasabi.

I opened the container & MY ORDER WAS WRONG!

I told the rude female it was the wrong order & she had attitude with me! She should not be working with the public!

After trying to blame me the order was replaced.

I checked it to see if it was right.

Then I checked my bill. She charged me 50 cents for a bag I didn't use & was verbally abused by that female.

To top it all off their debit machine "forces" a person to add their tip!

Not ME! I had her show me how to bypass the tip!

I tip in cash only!

I will never go back...

We decided to give Commercial Sushi a try and we're quite surprised by the value and quality of the sushi. Ordered the Party Tray D which we thought offered the best variety. All the rolls and nigiri were fresh and ample, nothing falling apart. We also added the Victoria Roll - essentially a combo of California and Dynamite roll topped with smoked salmon, but the addition of a touch of cream cheese offered that "je ne sais quoi" element. Went for the Magic Energy Roll (no rice) which was well received, and the rice was not missed. Rounded off with the Oyako (chicken) Don (rice bowl). Unfortunately, this dish could've been better with more sauce, as the chicken was rather dry. All in all a good showing and we will definitely order the sushi again. It would also be only fair to give the cooked food another chance. Delivery...

I’ve ordered Uber eats delivery from here many times. Tonight was the last time I eat here. There were worms/parasites in my sashimi. I understand restaurants buy already harvested fish, but Commercial Sushi processed the fish (cutting the filet) as well as handled the fish a second time when plating it leads me to believe they did not care and would rather serve the potentially dangerous food opposed to threaten their food cost. I totally understand the concept behind flash freezing raw fish to kill such parasites/worms- and my review is solely regarding the fact they handled the fish twice and chose to serve it. I don’t see how anyone could not see the worms once.. let alone twice.
