Ok, this place is definitely a hidden jem. Nevermind that it's a humble hole in the wall disguised with a great number of plants up against the window. There's a cute Portuguese grandpa barista who served up a nice latte with a creme caramel for the least I've ever seen in this town. Gave a whopping tip! Please go and support places like this, I fear this will disappear when Safeway is upgraded...

Love this little shop. There aren't many Portuguese stores around Vancouver and this one feels authentic. It's run by a sweet older woman and I worry what will happen to the store should she retire. Amazing pastries and a good place to get some groceries you may not be able to...
