Today was the last day I will order from this Dominos Pizza. I have been a loyal, dedicated, client for a year; ordering a pizza every Saturday (I have a very clean diet during the week, so ordering a pizza from them was my “cheat meal”).
When I started ordering pizzas from them I thought they were great! I would always get a medium, thin crust pizza; they used to put enough cheese and sauce, and they were generous with the toppings. It was satisfying and the perfect cheat meal for me; it made me feel happy. Heck, even my friends were giving me a hard time when I used to tell them Domino’s was better than Pizza Hut.
However, the last 5 or 6 pizzas have been really bad. Super dry (almost no sauce) and they totally skimped out on the toppings. The second time this happened I told them that I wasn’t happy with the last pizza I got from them. The lady on the phone was nice about it, she listened to me and said: I apologize for that, I will make sure your next pizza is a good one! However, it wasn’t.
When I called today to place my order I told them again that the last pizza they brought me was not good. This time the lady on the phone only said “Ok”, and literally hanged up on me. I was like.... o..k...??
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t blame her; maybe they started cooking their pizzas differently in order to save on cost.
And yes, I feel guilty for whining about a pizza (there are other things happening right now way more important and relevant; this is definitely a first world problem). But I do it because I eagerly wait and look forward for my Saturday cheat meal. It’s the break that helps me stay focused during the week on eating clean. Also, one of my biggest pet peeves is to pay money for a meal that leaves me disappointed, thinking: I wish I cooked myself. I mean, a cheat meal is not supposed to leave you thinking that, right?
Anyway ....(sigh). I regret to inform that starting next Saturday I will change sides. Yes, I will order from Pizza Hut.

Read moreI'm writing this review because just a few minutes ago a delivery guy, intentionally, spat on the front of my door. I liked this place a lot. I order here all the time and their pizzas are always perfect. Almost all the delivery guys are friendly. Then, tonight when I ordered my pizza, this guy, whose name they told me was Kevin, turned up at the door for delivery. I have seen this guy before a few times and he always has been rude and did not talk or look at us AT ALL even if we tried to make conversation. So, tonight he turns up and I tried to get my gf to answer the door along with me just to make sure it was not just me. The guy was even more rude and disrespectful than usual and when we tried to make small talk, he started smirking at us and TOTALLY ignoring everything we said. We were okay with that, I mean I understand that sometimes people are having a bad day. Then just when he was about to leave, he spat (seemingly to show his disgust of us as customers) and when I called after him to confront him, he waved and said he couldn't hear me. I called to complain and the staff was not cooperative at all. They were trying to defend his actions (according to me, because he could be family or a relative to them). I will talk to the manager tomorrow and I also might make a police complaint about it if nothing is done on this. I like all the rest of the staff. I know a couple of guys very well too as they are so cheerful and genuine all the time. And I love their pizzas too. But this incident has changed my whole positive experience of the place. But I will order from the place again as I trust that this place is far better than a single guy, who has no concern for his customers, ruining it all...
Read moreIt's a shame that I have to leave a negative review of this location because we have had good experiences in the past. I don't know what has happened to management/ staff recently but the staff who are on the phone are rude and condencending. We placed an order online and waited for our pizza. When the driver arrived, he apparently called our phone but we did not get a "inbound call" notification screen. Once we found out what had happened, I tried calling the driver back and my spouse called the store. The person at the store had a very rude tone with him and said things like "Why didn't you answer your phone?!" loudly and angrily. The person (John) told us to call the driver, which I did and left a voicemail. We waited for a response from the driver, then called the store back. My spouse was put on hold, then HUNG UP ON. Usually I dont write these reviews, but I am so upset with how we were treated after we tried to make things right. Whoever is managing this store or training staff needs to do their job. Fire the incompetent, rude staff who yell at and hang up on customers and hire some polite people to replace them.
