Fatburger Davie — Restaurant in Vancouver

I have been visiting this location for several years. I find since it went under new ownership that the quality has gone down. The last two times I went on my lunch break to get a take out order and each time the burger was raw. They have always been apologetic and made me a new burger which is great but very inconvenient to get back to work and find that I have go all they way back to the restaurant. Today I went in to get a take out order and immediately felt unwelcome in the restaurant. The girl serving me would not make eye contact and gave the vibe that she did not want to serve me. I ordered my food and even ask for them to cook the burger longer this time as a joke. I got back to work and wouldn't you know, another raw burger. Is it too much to ask that a burger that costs so much money to at least be cooked? I Took all the food back to the restaurant and asked for a complete refund. I also asked for the Manager/Owners contact information and was told I could not have it. There is no business number to contact for complaints or to speak to Management. I will not be returning to this location again. To the Owner... No need to reply to this review. You've had several opportunities to provide superior customer service and products...

At approx 730pm on Friday the 20 October I ordered a burger and shake from your establishment on Davie St. I cannot provide the name of the burger as I wasn't provided with a receipt however prior to ordering, I'd like to reiterate that I requested the suggested menu item without pickles. Order was repeated back to me and at 7:45pm my order was ready. I walked home and arrived for 8:05pm only to notice an ungodly amount of pickles. The odor was so strong I smelt them even before the wrapper came off. I understand that this was obviously a mistake, but please understand that with the extremely high prices that you command, this simply can't happen. While you might think I should have just pulled off all of the pickles and plugged my nose to eat in distain, instead I actually started throwing up. I am super upset because not only is my appetite ruined, I don't think I'll ever be able to eat at Fatbuger again as future orders will always remind and trigger me of said...

Don't. Why? I'll tell you why.....

The BBQ Burger The Bacon Cheeseburger ....this review applies to both.

The buns were both disintegrating they were so soggy. They were soggy from the massive amounts of sauce they put on, and what happens when you put too much bbq sauce on? It becomes too sweet. Too much mayonnaise on the Bacon Cheeseburger was an insult to the burger, and the taste matched the look and the makeup of the burgers....miserable (see pic.)

The fries were unseasoned and just squished into their ...fries cup? It was actually quite terrible, and I was craving Fat Burger.

It's interesting, it almost felt like a drunk person made our order. Kinda like...."ahhh screw it...let's just toss everything on, wrap it up, toss it in the bag...and send 'em on their way...." That's what it tasted like.

I don't know what to tell you. If you're craving Fat Burger maybe try a different branch?
