I have to agree with the multiple reviews here that the customer service really was not ok. We ordered a mango drink (and already paid) at the car free festival booth and told to pick up the drink in store behind. Which was fine until we were told in the shop that the mango flavour was sold out, and they only got purple yam flavour left. We still accepted that and went with whatever was left. But when we got the drink the volume of drink was clearly only 2/3 and a lot less than another lady who got the same drink before us. I went to confront the employee only to be told that “their measure cups are all standard. It’s just the ice level was different.” They ended up just adding more ice for me to bring the volume up. We came to eat here from Edmonton, Alberta. First impression of the staff was not good at all. When we asked for a menu we were rudely pointed to the sign above the hot food station. When we had further questions they continued to ignore us and at one point the lady even rolled her eyes at us. It lacks professionalism and throughout my meal I regretted coming here. If we knew that the service would be this bad we would have chosen another place to go. They are representing a staple Philippine restaurant that people from all over the country travel for. It was our first time in Vancouver and we were very excited to try the Goldilocks here. When we first arrived we weren't even welcomed properly she even seemed annoyed we walked in. First we bought some treats and decided to eat in, which was a bad idea we ordered spaghetti, palabok and "fresh" lumpia.
